Was work for me too, blasted test plans , there are few things more boring.ROFL AshI still have 2 valuations to type yet before I go to bed .... what's your excuse for still being up?
-
Is the word also that you're the new head of Willall Marketing and PR? Now go to sleep.
-
Donut King did paint theirs pink, I'd say that's a "35 in drag".Serious question, because no ones really mentioned the 35 in drag yet, and we know what the Willall boys like to do -
AFAIK it's not a great idea to be collecting money then. Esp. for tax reasons.no Ash SAU SA is still an informal club -
If we have a bank account, I take it SAU SA is registered as not-for-profit organisation too?
-
Nice stuff, can't wait to see it in the flesh, and this might just re-capture my bosses in interest.
I think he's starting to give up, he test drove an Evo X the other day - must...fight...the dark...side!

Well I was at a 1st Birthday party with one recently and AKAIK no-one from the hire company was supervising. They were bloody well hidden if they were.Jumping Castle for hire, from memory, is around $500 for about 3 - 4 hours. It's supervised, too (apparently this is by law?)I had this quoted a few months back, as I tried to get one for a party I was having lol but they said they can't provide them without the operator supervising the event.
Oh and the GF and I *might* make an appearance. I'll keep an eye on the thread.

Have to had a look around the piping? Something mightn't be obviously hanging off, but split or loose...
Esp. look at the large inlet hose between the the AFM and turbo where the BOV plumbs back.
-
Cept that'll clear the ECU before he's got the codes out of of it.
I6: Search the forum on how to read them - all you need is a screwdriver and the ability to count to 3.

My R32 is only running ~150RWKW, when my clutch died a little while I had it replaced with one for a GQ Patrol, IIRC it only cost ~$400 installed.
-
Before you got resetting to ECU get the error codes out of it. Definitely sounds like the car dropped in to limp-home mode for some reason. It could be as simple as a dodgy sensor wire connection.
-
I'll register interest, depends if I end up visiting my folks in Melb over Christmas or not, but would be good fun...
-
Must admit I've never used them, but these guys have the absolute best name in towing, click the link you wont be disappointed.

In all seriousness I've used dial-a-tow (make sure you let them know if it's lowered so you get the truck) and Full-on and not had any problems with either.

It's a Cima or a Fuga.Heslo, no R35. Too much of a risk until compliance plates were through, which they are now, funnily enough. I don't make that kind of cash either, so the choice was made for me lol. +1 for fitment on your GT-R by the way, too - tough looking car. Luke did I tell you what my next car was??? -
I'll see what we can arrange.sweet Ash, will be good to catch up!I might have to arrange a way to get rid of my car and get the wife to come pick me up too - hang on - will Julie be coming to pick you up? I could stagger home from your place (or she could drop me home). Oooh this is sounding like a plan coming together

It was literally sick, just had to get new CV's put on it, joy.excels r fooly sik uleh-D
Oh and my car, after the third delay and being assured this morning it'd be ready today, is now delayed again coz the power steering pump is shot. Another couple of days so maybe Friday, but I might make other arrangements so I can drink. Missus hasn't finished her lessons in a manual yet.
Still got it, but since i fell off it stone cold sober I'd rather not have a brew and ride, well since I still haven't got my lazy arse off L's I can't anyways.hey ash what you been up to mate? haven't got the bike anymore, last time we caught up you were hobbling around schutzenfest on crutches
I'll definitely be going there straight from work drinks (horay for the beer fridge), which is 10 min walk away, so you'll at least have my wondrous company.hey Nick do I remember you are getting there early? I finish work at 5:30pm and can go straight there if you wanna down a few beers. -
Engine start, tach, etc. you should all be able to nut out from an ECU pinout (I'm sure there's one on here somewhere).

-
To be legal, the hole has to have a re-enforcing plate welded over top (gotta put a hole in that too obviously), and then engineered.
If I had my time again I'd get one than plumbs back in through the stock location.
-
FYI he's selling that engine here:

Checked the error codes yet?
-
And that'll clear the error codes take reading of them first. It's not hard.
-
Have you checked the ECU error codes (search for how to do it if you haven't)?

But so long as it's reasonably quick and handles well my next vehicle can run on the power of shattered dreams for all I care.
Technology will move on, but there will still be "fast", and the beauty of electric motors? Maximum torque from 0 RPM.
