Everything I've read on Stag manual conversions so far leads me to believe it's not worth the trouble. For starters you need a R33 GTR gbox. $$$ Just get a later model manual to begin with.

You'll definitely need to pay $250, Deluxe and I pay more than that for a place on half a block in Parkside (Unley). Even when you find a place you do like, good luck on a successful applications, with rental vacancies so low it's so damn competitive, and 2 young blokes as tenants aint real attractive to a lot of landlords.

Nigel from ICE (in Melbourne) always tuned his Supra (orange one with black bonnet) to/from about those figures, one for the dyno pull, the other for the track as from what i understand it made little or no difference to his times.

Other than the V-Spec and V-Spec II I *think* the only major difference with the '93 GTRs was the addition of side-impact bars as standard but they have to be fitted for local compliance regardless.

Certainly can get them for that price, the market's flooded atm, but it wont be one in great condition or with a verifiable history. Make sure you have a few $K in the war chest for "Justin". As for verifying it's genuine, i haven't heard of any fakes per se, but grab the VIN and ask someone to run it thru FAST which is a Nissan piece of software. Many members have a copy and there's a consolidated thread for such requests around here somewhere.

Mate did that with the rears on his 180SX but they were the screw in type and broke the clamp!
