instead of dowel you can grab a socket of the same diameter as the bush, then line it up, and hit that with a hammer to get it in. short sharp hits to work it in slow and straight. don't go wailing on it.
-
IMHO Cubes you are bang-on.
Political Correctness just gets taken too damned far in our society.
The issue of his traumatic childhood, which no one should have to endure, is completely seperately from his appalling dress sense.
I laugh at his jumper at the same time I sympathise deeply for his situatation and am outraged at his father's actions.

Spotted Marron R33, with unpainted front bar, turning right into Grand Junction Rd from Pt Wakefield Rd south-bound.
Spotted (drove behind him) Black R32 with BN/Vertex kit heading north up Main North @ cnr of Diagonal.
-
That's very sad how his family are reacting, their greif must be enormous, but I'm sure no less than Yasmin's.
-
-
Yeah. I know him, we're pretty well served for cool cars around here.
-
Spotted a white R33 GTST in the Endeavour House carpark Mawson Lakes at lunch on my way to the gym.
-
pretty much. slow day today...

ABS would be a better choice if you were going plastics, pretty sure there's cars out there with plastic intake manifolds.
-
Just trying to help you out buddy.
But I'd think long and hard about it, as you'll save yourself a whole deal of trouble, unless you're aiming for say 300+RWKW i can't see the point. All you'll probably do is introduce reduced throttle response. Plus you can get your extra pipes when you rip out the air-box.
However, I realise not all mods are done for purely logically reasons, if you've got your heart set on shiney new pipes thats ok too. But just so long as you're aware of the situation.
-
-
Why?
If you're going to need "thicker/stronger" pipes for the powere you're aftre (it must be a LOT), then the stock airbox is going to be a major restriction.
-
then it wont be a problem, just use the stock piping right up to the original IC, and extend from there.
-
Or get a a non cross-over pipe one, sure the flow aint sooo good, but no hack 'n' slash required.
I remember Nozila had some pics of IceDuck's install.

If having an ABN is prequisite the we'd need an official club like VIC/NSW. However, the third dot point mentions "themes and special interests to be promoted."
It's all moot for me at present since I'm still kicking about on Vic Plates until I know if I'm staying next year (which'll prob mean for good).

ash ash ash, i just spotted it and no it wasnt ugly as sin. i dont know my 4wd's either but if its not a boxer then its got the looks and the goods.
No i meant the Porsche Paprika, oops Cayenne, which shared it's development with the VW Touareg (5.0L 230 kW/ 750 Nm V10 TDI)
-
Tickford Car Club had one on that link...
-
spotted a white porsche 911 turbo (current shape and in race spec, had stickers, cage etc etc) on a trailer pulled by a porsche caynaee - those 4wd one's. was quite a sight.
Quite a sight inded, as in, ugly as sin?
IMHO the VW Tuareg (sp?) are much better looking and top-line V10 Turbo Diesel is a monster stump puller!

I *think* I have a faulty ignitor, the car's still running but drops to 5 cylinders occasionally, but before I go get a new one I'd like to test my theory.
Does anyone have a spare they could lend, or are willing to let me pop round, and nick theirs for half an hour?
Cheers,
- Ash.

Looking at this, I reckon plates with the SAU logo on them are a distinct possibility, the last dot point should cover us.

SK did a very good explanation of this, unfortunately the pics have gone, but the text should still help.
