  1. Tickford Car Club had one on that link...
  2. Quite a sight inded, as in, ugly as sin? IMHO the VW Tuareg (sp?) are much better looking and top-line V10 Turbo Diesel is a monster stump puller!
  3. I *think* I have a faulty ignitor, the car's still running but drops to 5 cylinders occasionally, but before I go get a new one I'd like to test my theory. Does anyone have a spare they could lend, or are willing to let me pop round, and nick theirs for half an hour? Cheers, - Ash.
  4. Looking at this, I reckon plates with the SAU logo on them are a distinct possibility, the last dot point should cover us. Howzat?
  5. Off to work, love that Britannia round-a-bout.
  6. Spotted Vange this morning, not on Hindley , but turning in to Hackney Rd in North Adelaide.

Aha! I just worked it out. I have a radio in my new phone. I might be able to do a quick hack and plumb it in to my stereo amp too.
  8. Would have been heading home from work.
  9. They're not direct competitors, the GTR has always been a bracket above sti & evo, and why wold they try to compete wih the 350Z? In fact pricing it that close to it would kill 350Z sales. Never happen it's a $100K car MINIMUM.

...or we could go to the drive-in?
  13. NO = Normally Open NC = Normally Closed These are the two states of the outputs when the solenoid is NOT energized. COM = Common Input For this application it's best to use a NC, as for the vast majority of the time (when you're OFF boost) you want the valve shut, then when you're holding back the boost it opens up. This is so you're pulsing the solenoid as little as possible, and avoiding holding it open for a long time, which can shorten its life-span. In the case of bleed systems, you'd want a normally open valve, coz it'll spend most of it's time open. The APEXI one in question obviously has both, useful, but overkill for this.
  14. I'd use the R33 item, the flow isn't all that important and will be fine, and try and flog off your Apexi one.
  15. Saw SECRET parked in Klemzig over the weeked.

That's OK because the movie wont be "the best qualityyyy" either.
  17. If you struggle with the numbers maybe it's worth combining forces with the R31 boys & girls?
  18. I did my Primary schooling in the UK, so when i came back to Aus and started High school I had a pommy accent, and of course copped grief for it. Then one of the kids decided to say my name (Ashley) in as posh a voice as he could muster, it sort of came out as "Ooooshley", pretty quickly it was shorten to Oosh. But instead of taking it as a tease, I actually kinda liked it, so adopted it as my nickname. After that I was always Oosh at high school, along with a few variations, Zoosh, Spoosh, Stoosh, etc. It got continued at Uni, because one of my mates there was an Ash too, so i maintained Oosh to avoid confusion. I rarely even answered to Ash there.
  19. I'm pretty sure that even though it's a solid white line, it's one of those "if both oncoming lanes are clear you can use it", which I'd never seen before coming to SA. My first thoughts were, "well that's a good idea", but now it seems some people must get confused and think they can use it when the 1 centre lane is clear, I say they're all bloody dangerous and should be removed. Too much potential for harm as we've seen.
  20. Might be worth pitching in for a banner too. And guess what? Darren works in Printing: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=120286 Oh and i think I'll keep my dunga OUT of this. Might be able to come by and help setup though.
  21. This is the same stretch of road where, "there's no problem", etc, etc. I'm glad they've stopped playing with themselves and done something about it. Oh and any updates people?
  22. There was/is a Brembo brake package offered on these. Think it's an option on the 350GT Premium.
  23. I'd be in for that. Although my paint more likely needs a magician.
