  1. Figure I'll at least come to check it out, might run, but probably not (just had one recently and not really made any changes in setup). Gonna be quite the "car day" with SAU Go-Karts in the evening! Cheers, - Ash.
  2. Oh add a +1 for me. I'll most likely be bringing a mate along with his 180SX. Anyone else going to the SVD Dyno Day @ Tilbrooks in the morning? Figure I might go check it out, not sure if I'll run since I had one just recently, but I could use it as an excuse to play with my boost controller some more...
  3. Fair Nuf. The person causing the biggest ruckus, at the starting carpark, when i was there was some dude ripping it up in a BMW Z4. And it sounds like after we left some people tore up the Marion carpark at the end of the night too. I was hanging out with a guy in a nice R32 (full bodykit, panda paint-job, and Tommy Kaira stickers) as well as another guy with Celica SR20 conversion, they were a pretty responsible bunch.
  4. Which Vertex style. Is it VT like the one shown here? http://www.gtautostyle.com/nissan/R32/r32_vt1.jpg http://www.gtautostyle.com/nissan/R32/r32_vt2.jpg Oh and I assume these are fibre glass copies yes?
  5. Were you there mate? I pulled in the carpark around 9:15 with a mate in his 180SX, but we were there to hang out with NissanSilvia mob, no dramas that i know of on that one except my shit navigation.
  6. Some guys at work were talking about some indoor paintball joint that sounds pretty sweet.
  7. I'll just make my indicator hang out more and they'll go: What a peice of sh!t R32, but that S15 with "pee-cooties" plates looks sweet, lets gank it!
  8. I'm not "so concerned", but if i'm going to hand over cash I'd rather have someone who has a business and repeat customers to worry about do it, I have a little more recourse with them than with some random person i met on the forums. Altho I'm sure they'd do a fine job too. Like Cubes my previous cut & polish experiences doing it myself have been less than great, and unlike 4Door_Sleeper i cannot be F*cked doing it myself, so I'd rather pay for it. Thanks for the additional suggestions of palces and ball-park figures to pay for it people!

I'll have to check, but not a great deal, I'm getting close to buying new tyres.
  10. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You only have to go out in public and look at the average couple to see evidence of this. But those rims are still ugly!
  11. I just have the stock RB20 one with the restrictor removed. 100% happy with it on all fronts.
  12. Fair enuf, I took a stab based on scaling up some what it cost for a modified GTST, but i didn't look at the location. I remember Sydney being something like 20% more than Melb.
  13. figured out the link: http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index....showtopic=70778 but the rims are ugly IMHO.
  14. In Vic I belive it's something along the lines of: Behind the last openable window and on the drivers side

I'm in Windsor Gardens & Nozila is in Pooraka. Mine are still on my car so we'd have to swap rims for the day or something.
  16. Hey Joel, I'm not really sure, but i *THINK* offsets are pretty much the same across GTR's and GTST's regardless of R32/33/34, what you describe could have been the fact the R33 has 17's and less "tyre bulge" than the 16's of the R32. I think people just need to retire themselve to fact that while GTR rims will fit GTST's in most cases, it doesn't mean they're correct or such a great idea handling wise, regardless of whether or not they're legal. Sorry.
  17. Just buy a proper dump pipe, get a split type if you really must, BATMBL has quite a few on offer here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=15558
  18. It doesn't get much more illegal, you'd get done for no cat (big fine) and noise, hence the name "screamer".
  19. Going from 6" +40 to 8" +20 means: From the Wheel Offset Calculator The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 5mm LESS The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 45mm Considering you want to at least TRY and keep things even, so as no to screw your suspension geometry up too bad, GTR rims don't qualify. +32 to +35 is far more suitable for 8" rims.

Yeap, thinking about it my tread is barely legal, low enough to worry about if you're going through regency since they'll be looking harder.
  21. Having flash-backs to you spin at Port Elliot?
