Consumer Affairs Victoria 1300 55 81 81 Document every date you spoke with and visited them. Have it all ready to go. It seems like a hassle, but if they even get a hint of Consumer Affairs, most of the time they'll want to avoid any trouble and cough up. Good luck with it
