Hi guys, planning on getting a gtr r33 (realy would like a r34 tho) that needs a full engine rebuild in the near future for a solid base, and was wondering if eny pro engine builders out there that have build gtr engines befor and knows what stuff is strong would like to recommend some solid parts that would last for years to come, iam willing to spend up to 10gz to get 500hp at the wheels including 2 new turbos?, I also want to rebuild this engine my self, I have been reading a lot but nothing gets stick to 1 bran, theres allways debates of what forge con rods are better then what bran etc, if iam picking a conrod for 500hp I would like it to survive at least 1000hp just for peace of mind, the car will be just for street dragging and daily drive,
how much fuel consumption am I looking at for a 500hp machine? could I have to 2 settings for boost, lower boost for normal driving and lower fuel consumption and higher boost for dragging?
not trying to be rude here but if your a noob like me please don't recommend products, I can google and read too, sorry,
iam also pretty sure theres only 1 awd dyno in Darwin NT, most likey would have to hire somebody from down south to fly up for a few days if they would let me rent there dyno
