i just bought an 97 R33 Gts-T 4 door, and am gonna be doing the exhaus computer intercooler etc, am wondering wat it costs to get the permits and hte most hassle free ways to get them. also any advice on the best brands and wat i should go for on the mods would be a great help... ps am on thight budget
