  1. I have adjustable koni's on my car and have the same noise sometimes. i find i get the sound on 1/4 turns past each half turn (not that this is all that important). I spoke to the Koni iporter who told me that this is normal. I would not be too concerned.
  2. I have been dealing with Mercury for a little over 12 months on my S15. Great bunch of guys, and excellent to deal with.
  3. IS it liquid or gas? My Yellows make a leaking sound depending on where they are set to, however they are not loeaking it is just the position of the valves that causes it.
  4. it is poosible it it too much camber on one side, and this causes the wheel to drag one edge and pull. otherwise i could well be the castor, i had a similar problem just from lowering my car and installing a castor kit fixed it.
  5. I have a set of koni yellows, the adjustment is so great on rebound that on full soft they come out very quickly and full hard would take a minute or so. if you can it would be best to take them to an expert to check.
  6. i think you would need a professonal to do this as it is part of the air conditioning sealed system. i could be wrong though.
  7. I have spoken to whiteline about the settings for the adjustable swaybars. They told me NOT to have the the settings on one side of the bar different to the other as this will load up the bar unevenly.

  9. Stiffer springs will improve handling, at least to start with. They may put to much load on the factory shocks and will wear them out quicker. To do the job properly spings and shocks should be matched and installed together.
  10. I have kings and koni's in my S15. It is not a bad setup if done right. If i was to do it again I would by a setoif coilovers (although they will cost about 2 1/2 time more) Make sure you get camber kits front and rear, you may also want a castor kit available from whiteline. I purchased all of my gear from mercury motorsport. I bought it online and got a local suspension shop to install it.
