  1. Bloody hell, it was emo-tastic in the Queen St Mall the other day, felt like slapping a bunch of them and saying "Smile, it may never happen!!!" Saw a bunch of wannabe emos as well, blonde chicks without the balls to dye their hair, got the clothes but not the full look
  2. My ass-dyno is pretty good actually....plus my car can pull away from his in a straight line. His BA XR6 Turbo with the auto actually felt pretty close to the manual Typhoon which for the extra $$$ just didn't seem worth it, his money I suppose.
  3. Does the auto give a better launch? My mates Typhoon definately isn't 12 sec material. My 34 goes better and would be 13.4 at best.
  4. I put the 7's in only so I could 100% rule out any issues with the tuning related to them. I didn't want to go through the process to find it was pinging due to too high a heat rating. Speaking of which I need 7's for my next tune on this car
  5. Yeah had a very strange and urgent acceleration up top. Yep had a pod...apexi power intake
  6. He's lost weight, lost a beard and grown a neck!!!!
  7. I was able to still get some face-melting acceleration from 5000rpm onwards, the exhaust wasn't as restrictive as I first thought.
  8. Yeah was a 2.25..then went up to 80mm The N/A AFM is the same as the turbo one, so all good
  9. It was pretty quiet with the N/A exhaust, lost a lot of drone.
  10. It will become clear when those in the know, post
  11. "Love me" - Cr Hottie
  12. Click here for a Harrowing experience!!!! - Councillor Hottie aka Rekha Shah is just as hot - Jerry Miles isn't as fat - Eileen is still pimpin' with her new look specs!!!
  13. Testify John! Testify! Yeah, try talking to a few of us that have actually walked this path before.
  14. Shorty, if I could suggest one thing. Seriously consider one of the sliding performance high-flows, at under $900 it would be awesome on the high-comp engine, plus you'd bennefit from the much larger, better flowing exhaust side. You could sell your S2 turbo to cover most of the cost. If I had my n/a + t experience again, I'd do this no questions asked!!! I've got this turbo on my car at the moment and think it's great with 9:1 compression
  15. Nah the pics were from when it was sitting at AAMI...they wanted $15K buyback for the wreck....so just took the full payout and bought my GTT <==== I think the stock turbo ECU will be fine for what you're doing, the timing and fuel is fairly conservative, so may match up with the high-comp turbo setup extremely well. Good luck!!!
  16. They're 380cc injectors....12psi is as safe as houses, you'd bennefit more from an ECU and tune.
  17. "Man, that was a nice looking setup!" Thanks, it was a bit grubby in that pic, mainly due to all the hands that were all over it when it was stolen, and the fingerprint dust!!!
  18. Josh we all <3 you so much, but you're no Councilor Hottie!
  19. Look, she was a thing of beauty....now out there in QLD somewhere!
  20. Didn't cost me much to do, my car went hard for 50,000+ kms and as far as I know is still going strong!!! And wtf would anyone be stupid enough to put HICAS in, it's nothing but a severe annoyance..I'm looking at putting a HICAS lock on to prevent stupidly easy wheelspin due to the wheels constantly being out of geometry.
  21. I've got an awesome one near me at Stretton, it does a great job and cost $6.60
  22. If I bring a tuner what is the hourly rate for him to plug numbers while someone operates the dyno?
  23. I've seen it, also thought WTF?????
  24. Yeah, I ended up doing what I mentioned to you and copied what I required....I'll get in touch with him, thanks.
  25. OK I've finished playing around with this, so it's now for sale. The bar is as pictured, but WITHOUT indicators (standard GTT ones fit perfectly) It's a little bit rough, with small cracks where it is circled (easy to get plastic welded) and a few scrubs over it which would most likely be no problem once it's been prepped and resprayed. Looking to get $200 firm for it....and most likely pickup only
