  2. Adam, don't we have the RE4R01B? Not sure if there are any mechanical differences
  3. Yeah I've never had a bad run on there either....even at times when I've bought things at a 1/5 of retail price and thought it may be dodge, all has been perfect Try contacting e-bay and use the 'safe harbour' thingo
  4. Not sure the latest firmware did fix the coilpack problem, as I've still heard of people having trouble. Just play it safe and put the zener diodes in like I did, I put some details in the e-manage thread. That way you can also drop the trigger voltage down closer to the factory pulse voltage. It's running fine with my auto transmission, never had any trouble with that aspect.

In-car EBC are illegal in QLD, it's the fact you can adjust from in-cabin that they don't like. I was being roasted in NSW for something bullshit, at the end they turned around and said "anyway you're registered in QLD so it doesn't matter"
  6. It doesn't have problems? My one works fine
  7. My Neo has done 100K N/A and 48K boosted....148K for those maths whizzes
  8. Also I was under the impression that it's only if the interior of the intercooler was black that any thermal benefit would be had...by having the black on the outside you're setting up a reverse bias for heat dissipation, so on a hot day the paint will make the transfer of heat from the air inside less efficient.
  9. $300 would be an excellent price...for you Aim more around $150 to be realistic
  10. Best not to let it bother you, I had the same thing happen the other week...i just went down and laughed at their effort, considering they had to hold the old EA up by it arches to get as skid going hahahaha. A friend tried the "chuck an object at the car trick" next thing the ploice showed up very angry, as they don't take kindly to objects being throw at traffic, no matter what circumstances....sort of a zero-tolerance thing after all those people got hurt/killed by kids chucking rocks off overpasses.
  11. NismoR34 - Thanks for that, yeah I was just going to mount the gauges somewhere without the housing, so just the faces showing...maybe under the headeck or something.
  12. I'd probably be interested in the factory one you guys take out...seeing as I don't even have a cluster to begin with
  13. Greenline sell them for ¥25,872
  14. Saw an R33 in Loganlea that looks like it's out to compete with Cyrus, It was black with a green dragon down the side!
  15. Via launceston along the New England Highway?
  16. Such is the blind ignorance of a Holden driver
  17. So where *is* this meeting point? ROFL
  18. I'd expect it to be $5000 at the most..that would be for a top-notch looking one as well. $6000-$6500 are prices from about a year ago....auto should be not more than $4000.
  19. Then again my car was N/A and the coils still died at 100K I think the coils are quite capable, just not very robust.
  20. haha I had a run in with the same car on the M1 before! He nearly took off my front bar cause he was weaving in and out at high speed!
  21. They sound like N/A front calipers...my ones are 2 piston, the rotors are probably the same as a maxima.
  22. It should last Josh, my one has been going for a year now...that's about 40K of driving so far.
  23. And when I thought I couldn't laugh at the oh noes!!!1111 pic anymore, I right-clicked on it and pressed properties, very un-pc ROFL
  24. Why should you be disadvantaged because someone can't drive, fight it!!!! You have every right to have the car the way it was pre-accident.
  25. huh? What about the economy gauges that are found in some cars, and the aftermarket ones which are ADR approved from supercheap etc etc....they all run off the vacuum line, where are you meant to mount them...under the bonnet FFS
