  1. Yep, it's only the GTt that has the intergrated TCM.ECM the N/A has the TCM seperated, so when you take out the ECU it still has gearshift capability.
  2. The boot light I'd do the wiring and send on in plug n play form, I've got my car to do the test fitting on, so it's no problem just sending on a ready to go item With indicators I've been using 3W Cree LEDs I actually found some decent ones, TrinGT has got them in his car as well...I'll try and get a video of them in action and put it up. I just ordered a few of those boot light ones for the hell of it, I'll have enough to do 5 cars in a couple of weeks, I got a load of the reverse ones as well, enough to do 3 cars normally or 2 cars with a red and a white. *actually after just looking it may use 4 of the stirps in there as I can fit in a board of up to 160mm long* So the LED display would be 20 x 2 LEDs anyways I'll build one and take a pic of it, may work out to be ~$35 with the extra board*
  3. Denis, I can get something along the lines of this - These actually look like they will fit inside the reverse lens housing pretty well, will look like the one above when illuminated...these are 30 x 70mm I think. I'd say these work out at about $30 each For the bootlid 3 of these should fit - total 16 x 120mm - Works out about $25 total
  4. As above, get some decent 6.5 splits in the back, they sounds wicked awesome. 6 x 9's are so 90's
  5. No, just the one in the engine bay
  6. LOL I used to do that back in '98 man I saw some crazy stuff also....the best was this really respectable looking party, then a completely nude chick walks past looks at the pizza then walks off. We had a fairly good deal, $9 and hour + $1 per delivery and tips. Used to be about $20 an hour which was good for a bludgy job.
  7. Harsh..more like *no* gearchanges When you take out the ECU, you remove the control unit for the transmission, that's why it stays in 3rd. If you had a 25GT, it would have run just fine though, bloody Nissan. A conversion will sort that out though
  8. Yep same as me, I still get pulled over in relation to my R34 that was stolen 4 years ago....it's super fun! The bizzare bit is I wasn't pulled over for a good 3 years, it's the past year where I'm getting nailed a lot.
  9. When I got my first R34 there was a $35K difference between the 25GT and GTt....that explains my choice I got the R34 as it was only 3 years old and they were still very rare on Australian roads, very happy with the choice I made back then

  11. You know what they say....Picture = 1000 words we can only speculate until you show us
  12. Yeah it doesn't like the wether in QLD that's for sure, there were days where I could leave fingerprints in the surface. Not anymore, since it's been resprayed the interior is like new and standard looking.
  13. I had the pipe popping off in the same place, just replaced them all with T-bolt clamps and never looked back

On a similar note you're always at the mercy of the dealer playing with the tune. Of note was my mates Typhoon last week that went in for the subwoofer to get fixed....they took it on themselves to reflash his ECU and wiped the tune that was on there, he went to pick it up and it was blowing smoke rings as the car had larger injectors, fuel pump etc etc. All worked out in the end as on sale they had agreed to give a full 5 year FPV warranty on the modded rom and all accessories. They paid to get it retuned
  15. It had crossed my mind numerous times
  16. It's not for the butterfly valve for the Nismo variable exhaust is it? Got a pic? But considering it says 'incline' sounds like some sort of hill-start assist
  17. You can raise the boost cut by soldering 2 x signal diodes in line with the signal wire from the boost sensor (middle of the firewall) 2 diodes will give you up to about a 16psi cut with no ill effects (unless you car isn't properly tuned for higher boost) R34's can boost cut anywhere from 12-14psi colder days and denser air can drop the cut pressure a little. Either way, the second the ECU sees 4.7v from that sensor it will stop your fun.
  18. ' I bet I could find 3+ items to fail it on, most cars over 5 years always have 'something' that makes them unroadworthy And if you already got one, why would you create a post about getting a RWC, go back to the original guy who already charged you a very reasonable rate.
  19. So would that explain why my 2535 will still drop boost off even when the actuator isn't connected to vacuum? The exhaust manifold pressure is overiding the spring tension?
  20. Awesome rims to go on an R34 The design of them is fantastic when it comes to cleaning...couldn't be happier with them! I'd suggest you throw them on ebay...they normally sell really well.
  21. Yeah going rate is more like $70 and a Phoneworthy is about $100.....no-one is going to give you a safety certificate for peanuts especially as it sounds like the car won't pass either.
  22. Ta-da! I got my hands on the stock injectors from a BF Typhoon, looks like we're onto something then. The injector looks the same as the R34 ones, just need someone to post a pic as I can't get to my connectors anymore. Should be able to get these for reasonable prices locally then The box pictured is for Green 440cc injectors that went into the BF - part number 0280155968
  23. What if I supply you with the factory 'blank plate' that normally sits in that location? Then the centre console is still complete for you to sell.
  24. have you got the cup holder option in the rear of the centre console?
