  3. She kept her 2003 Mirage, I lost my R34........there were no winners haha
  4. Heated Leather seats! Like driving a big ol' comfy lounge
  5. I'd rather the can of Coke......
  6. You need to put the ammeter in line and see what sort of current is being drawn, pull a few fuses until you find the circuit that drops the drain.
  7. S3......mebbe Thanks Tony, I think I'm one of the only people around that was peer pressured into buying it for the wife, only for her to find it too big to park (WTF) so I copped it as my daily. 99% of the time it has had ZERO passengers, unless you count the Sub.

  9. CX-7 anyone? She's in need of a new home, my 8km round trip to work is wasted on it....

  11. Same thing happened to my CX-7, bought with ~75,000kms, serviced strictly and the same shaft snapping happened at 102,000kms on the dot. FYI the caking of the oil feed is due to the exhaust gas finding a new path down the oil inlet after the wheels fall out of the bearing. Caused me to dump a few litres of oil on the driveway as I returned home after hearing the turbo go pyyyooooooooongggggg! Got a total of 500 meters from the house and it let go, crank pressure through the turbo oil feed blew the dipstick out along with the oil Took me the good part of a weekend to replace the turbo.....longer to clean the engine bay.
  12. Pretentious? If they mean, nicely styled, good range of drinks and toilets that don't smell like piss.....and good food, then yes maybe pretentious???? I've done a Sunday session there in jeans and a t-shirt, and been taken their for dinner by a supplier, both times everything was great.
  13. Chilli, slow cooked spicy mince goodness.....Captain Morgan washing it down
  14. Chilli is on the stove, rum is on the go........bring it on!
  15. Run the 5v positive wire to the sensor wire (of the boost sensor plug) with about 4 diodes in a row, it will trick the ECU into seeing a signal less than 4.7v but over 2.7v and the ECU will be happy. This WILL however allow the car to over-boost if an actuator fails etc etc
  16. Deatschwerks, ran 550's of these in my R34 for years, straight drop-in
  17. 99% sure it's the stepper motor on the TCS that controls the butterfly valve in the throttle body. I replaced my one and fixed the problem instantly.
  18. Check the main white plug on the TCS/ABS ECU in the boot, they can come loose.
