Yep for the life of me can't understand why the cluster doesn't light up right? It's as if the light guides that you have in the back aren't directing correctly to the cutouts on the new speedo etc et maybe go back to the nice stock 180kph model
take it out, scrub it with metho to remove the dodge factory paint. Respray with plastic primer and Powerplus Desert Rose Metallic to get a close to factory look (don't forget to do the triple gauges and A/C cover so it looks the goods)

If the plastic is proper polycarbonate I've got something that will take off the paint, had to use it on my headlights to remove yellow overspray from the previous car.
You take the T5 bulb, remove the bottom half with a sharp craft knife (without axing the leads) then fit it to the existing bulb holder as shown....easy

Hey Josh, how about I tease you with knowledge of a similar thing based on "smart film" that is triggered by certain "flashes" and using LCD sandwhiched in plastic goes completely opaque for 500 milliseconds making the plate invisible
Operates a bit like those really cool welders masks that go tinted when your strike the rod on the metal
