    contact darren32 he has a very very cheap R32 that runs etc etc...for the money difference to $7K you could get it resprayed whatever colour you like (currently primer grey)

    I always take a bucket with me, but I'm quick at washing my car as well, much quicker than people bashing at their car with the broom lol The way to fill your bucket is put the sponge in first, then put the pressure sprayer hard into the sponge.....the water just permates through the sponge without blowing everything away. Make sure you use the hot soap setting

    Hi it's the same as a Series 2 R33 with regards to what wires need to be connected ie bridging the grounds, the colour code is different on the R34 though (black/blue instead of white/blue I think), a multimeter will tell you what is 12v+, ground etc etc I put one on my car using this guide Z32AFM_wiring.doc

    Still here, not sure for how much longer as a GT-RS kit is looking very attractive at the moment....seems a waste to have all the supporting gear on the car, but just lacking the turbo *waits for Ed to slap me*

    After going through the same dillemma of wanting an AWD turbo car, I decided the EVO over an R33 GTR..the R33 is just too shapeless and old in comparison. I want it for all the negative things that were mentioned, the tight seats and driving 3 times over the speed limit

    The solenoids cost bugger-all in comparison to the labour and trans fluid etc etc...my one was a warrenty job on my other R34 so not sure of the final dollar value, not cheap though

    diagnostic.doc OK this is bad news guys, most likely the shift solenoids have shite themselves. Very common on 1999 Models, yours would be the first post '99 I've heard get this issue. When you reset the car it sorts itself out, but over time gets worse and worse until you're permanently stuck in 3rd gear (limp mode) Do an ECU dignostic check (attached) and post the numbers you get

    Can you confirm the warranty offered is full replacement and not "replacement at reduced cost" which seems to be the line Metalcat have been taking recently. I only know of two metallic substrate cat manufacturers that offer no questions asked replacements, Metalcat aren't one of them. If however PSI are offering the warranty, then I can't see a problem

    I've got the CAT off my R34, I know you said new but this thing was only on 2 months while diagnosing the exhaust system flow. Cost me $400 for it, it's a Magnaflow 3" highflow $300 delivered

    OK my EVO is on the way from Japan now, I don't have room in the garage for 3 cars (let alone the ability to drive 2 at once) so come and take her away.....or the wifes car has to sit outside in the QLD summer (As if I'd put either of my cars out there hahahaha)
