  1. ***air punches*** had the foresight to take Friday off this week, fu(kyeah!!!!
  2. Property.....play real life Monopoly Nothing like proliferating investments in yielding areas and tax offsets are great!
  3. Get me McCroskey!
  4. Over Macho Grande? No I'll never get over Macho Grande....
  5. lol letters and numbers is sadly addictive
  6. Nah man....no test tubes or science anymore. I got promoted to manufacturing and qc supervisor, commence on the 17th. Moved from R&D to Ops
  7. Oh noes the sickness spreads! This is my first sick day in years, I've copped shingles and the pain finally got too much to concentrate at work
  8. Does that mean you're an evil $hit (unt that overcharges the average Joe
  9. Now the CX is mechanically sound. Anyone know someone that will do a good price on fixing a couple of panels and a bit of paint?
  10. 666DAN "1".....CX7 - NIL Undefeated by convoluted turbo swap! New turbo seems better....sounds like a turbo car now!
  11. Much surprise! The turbo shaft was snapped in half, the CX-7 is such a powerful beast
  12. Yes a special tool was cobbled together out of 3 x 1/4" extensions and a knuckle joint etc etc to narrowly avoid everything in the bay and latch onto the 14mm bolt, smashed it out in minutes. Nope not in comp with Labdirect, so busy with my 'real' job that I don't have time to look at anything else at the moment
  13. Almost there......so annoying attempting to do the car around shift work. Mazda threw in one more awesome trick. The turbo has a nice little support underneath (must be because the turbo is so massive *cough*) so I need a 300mm extension bar so I can undo the 12mm bolt holding it in place. The exhaust and front transmission is well placed to make it even harder to manage. Then all the new stuffs can go on!
  14. Missing the simplicity of the R34 minute by minute....
  15. Engine out....not on my watch! Though the 14mm turbo bolts are proving to be stubborn, skinned my knuckles on the left hand so far. May have to borrow a rattle gun or a 3m breaker bar to get them out!!!
  16. An incapable one would suffice! Stellar effort by Mazda design, not even 105,000kms and the turbo bearings have exploded, the movement means the turbine can touch every part of the housing with ease front and back. I'm amazed there were no signs of gradual wear, drove home Thursday night, went to drive to work Friday....grind...boom....under-bonnet oil fountain in driveway
  17. I *can* see it, but I need a hoard of magical small folk to get in there and remove bolts The skyline was a million times easier!
  18. I don't always remove my turbo, but when I do it's a f@$king nightmare!
  19. Bah, turbo on the CX-7 has shat itself, can only drive sub 2500rpm....applying throttle results in burning oil smoke out of the PCV Anyone mechanics keen to do the swap-over? The turbo is at the rear of the engine and a real c%$t to get at, name your price
  20. Random Bitcoin daily update, Google are now working a way to incorporate it into their payment network. This could be the next boost we've been looking for!
  21. siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiic
  22. Yey for rain! It's brought out the incapable drivers in the population, determined to understeer, slide uncontrollably and drive with no lights in poor visibility (while driving up someones arse)
  23. I'm good, finally relaxing after a manic day! How's the rest of the Skyline gang?
  24. And here comes the rain......
