  1. Ive decided thats its time I start getting serious about purchasing my long desired GTR, ive had all kinds of cars in my time except a GTR. Looking at whats for sale right now there is a range of 32 and 33 GTR's for sale all around the same price as eachother depending on how clean and unmolested they are. My dilema: BNR32 is a legend and an icon but dated BNCR33 is the sucessor to the 32 - newer, lower k's, alot nicer as a car being more modern and comfortable (aircon etc) and i would assume improved. Curious to know what everyone thinks about this...similar price 32 or 33 GTR and why? Opinions and technical reasons.. Cheers, Ray

  7. have in my possession a set of 2nd hand Tein HR32 coilovers suspension. They are HRs in the front and HAs in the rear. They have excellent compression and under close inspection the shafts and dust covers are in perfect condition - seals appear to be very healthy. Unsure of spring rates but assume standard for HR32 Teins. Paint is in bad condition but that does not affect the physical performance - only visual hp Im in Brisbane and can arrange shipping if requested. Asking $600, prefer to be contacted on mobile 0408 989 486 Ray
  8. Apperantly so, from what ive read its supposed to give u around an extra 10kw plus that extra up high torque and yes it helps bigger turbos to spool. However i can not say anything from experience as i never got a chance to try em out. Is there anyone on the forums with cams in their RB20? maybe they can tell us Thanks, Ray
  9. Pics are up These cams are a straight drop into ur RB20 with an instant easy power gain. They arent too lumpy either so perfect if u drive ur car on the streets
  10. I have a pair of HKS Stage1 264 Degree cams with 8.5mm lift to suit and RB20! They are a straight drop in for any RB20DET! An excellent upgrade. The cams are no longer made by HKS which makes them a rare item u probly wont see floating around much. I bought them 2nd hand to install into my ceffy however that ceffy no longer exists so ive had no use for the cams. Ive been keeping them just in case i got another rb20 but turns out ive actually got an rb26 instead so here they are. Im asking 800bux in Brisbane but i can ship anywhere in Australia. I prefer an sms or phone call on 0408 989 486. Thanks, Ray SOLD SOLD SOLD
  11. Does anyone here have or had HKS cams in an rb20? If so how many degrees and what lift? Ive got some hks cams here and the markings are: 264 and 8.5 What stage cams are these and can they be used without major changes to anything else on the motor? like valve springs, injectors, ecu and whatnot. Any info would be appreciated cheers, Ray
  12. Item: RB25DET from Series1 R33 GTS-T Automatic Location: Brisbane, southside Item Condition: In very good condition. Intake hasnt a spot of oil, the motor has been a standard runaround in japan and was wrecked. Motor had approx. 80,000kms on it when removed from car. That is a few k's for a car in japan so i presume that was the reason for wrecking. Reason for Selling: I was going to put it into my ceffy but ive decided to keep the 20 because i have too many goodies for it. Price and Payment Conditions: $2,500 cash or direct debit - Firm Extra Info: Price includes all motor parts except for exhaust manifold. All the turbo oil and water lines are present. Contact Details: Call or SMS me on 0408 989 486 or email me [email protected] if interested.

  14. Ive hooked my SAFC II up to my rb20...the af % displays fine and rpm reads fine but for some reason my throttle position and pressure readout are not functioning. When i have a look at sensor check the throttle voltage is around 0.0100v - ok i thought i wired it up wrong but ive triple checked the wire. Is there anyone out there with an safc on an RB20? what voltages does your sensor check read on idle and load? and what wire did you run the grey wire (throttle position sensor) to? Any clues would be appreciated thanks, Ray
