Bump - LSD no longer available @ $4500 sale price. Happy to throw the rest in if you want it.
-
if you really must know - less than $1100 including Payment, shipping, and brand new tyres.
-
yeh, thanks but that doesnt really help - I've seen them with an $1800 price tag before, not that I'm aiming for that, but would like a good starting price, you can always come down, but cant go back up.

I have my car for sale currently and a potential buyer isnt interested in the rims! anyway, if I sell without the wheels, I'll probably want to move them on, I've already had an offer to purchase with no price mentioned. so what is a reasonable price to ask? I imported them about 6 months ago, off Yahoo Japan 4&5x114.3 - 17x7.5 & 8.5 +28 offset. now sporting Falken ZE 239 235/45/17 inch rubber (around 5000ks old) Great offsets for the 31's and 13's as well as being pretty close for the later model skylines - i think. of course the general rule applies 'only worth what someone is willing to pay...' Just after a ballpark, I want a saleable price, but I dont want to rip myself off. cheers!

I was there in 06 and back in 08... planning on heading to SA for 2010. I won N/A Regularity & got the 2nd fastest N/A Sprint time. yes, I'm a 31 boffin, I took 2 this year from NSW. The import Skyline scene need to get into their head is that this is a NOT 31 event, the reason why 31's seem to get more trophies, is coz there are more 31's. Makes sense, the more post later model skylines that show up the more they will be awarded. Best stock, best modded, 32, 33, 34, 35 etc. SVD vehicles are special to in the same way that GT-R's are special, and there was a category for GT-Rs too. it almost feels like SAU has boycotted this event, I hope that there is a much bigger representation in 2010. It was GREAT to see more of the later models at winton and at the show n shine. You have to remember that this is the 2nd nationals, so everything is still very young, CSA is even younger and from what I know has learnt alot from that weekend. My opionions on the track are that yes it was running late, but that was due to mechanical failure of the organisers car (with all the important stuff in it!) the EXA car club was invited to fill spots because of a booking issue with Winton - I personally feel that it was a bit of a mistake, there have been some pretty nasty words said by their guys. I think if its going to stick to one diciplin then it should... but what is needed is more support from the Skyline Family to fill those spaces. I was out there and had a blast, as for time / performance categories I was held up by a 270kw 33, and I have a bog-stock GTS1 running consistant 1.58's around the full circut of Winton. So its hard to pick! The show and shine needs some work - especially with the judging sheets, you just cant have the same sheet for different classes, esp. modified vs. concourse. - the weather on the day was a pain in the ass, something which any organiser does not have control over. I will be voicing this opinion with organisers at the right time. I hope to see more and more people at this event from every Skyline family.

Redtop's are not rare! f**k me drunk. redtop DET-R's are rare, but thats a totally different ball-game. NICS are not worth the money you spend on them ( I know, I used to have one!) For heavens sake, just keep the coilvalley cover and the cam covers and swap them over, no one will know. if you want a realiability and power out of a good 20det just get a silvertop (ie R32 etc) the Redtop ECCS is good too but as mentioned the plugs and things are different, so hard to get parts for.

Something The Na's Are Superior Over The Turbos...
B. J. replied to Grunta's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Car: R31 GTS1 Mods: RB30e - Stock SVD cam, Extractors + 2.5 Mandrel Bent exhaust Driving style: Average, occasional squirt. Driving conditions: usually highway / country driving Fuel brand: 92 ULP - Shell E10 where I can get it - the car loves it! Ltr's for a full tank: 63L KM's per tank: 700+ G/F just did a round trip to Sydney (~600 ks) 8.4L/100km acc. to the trip computer - which is highly accurate! -
http://www.digitalcamerawarehouse.com.au/ One of the best places to go, most camera places (ie Camerahouse) will match these prices, if they wont, tell them to jump, or have them throw in freebies (ie xtra battery, big card, tripod, bag etc) Personally, I'm a Canon fan, have an IXUS 60, SLR 20D, and I've had a few others, you cant really fault them the 'A' Series are great for someone who wants a bit of optical zoom and a bigger camera, and the IXUS series are good for happy snaps etc. Stick with Nikon, Pentax, Canon & Ricoh - DCWarehouse does good reviews, so have a look for yourself then head into the shops to play with the actual camera, then choose from there

I muck around doing this sorta thing in photoshop, only for something to do tho, I find it a bit quicker than creating vectors and getting them perfect...

I'll bump that question!! neither, it's in SHEPPARTON, VIC. I'm going, + quite a few of the 31 lads from NSW (about 12) If anyone wants a spot at Winton, the show n shine + dinner I've got a mate who's had to pull out coz his car is not ready... shoot me a PM, he paid at earlybird prices, so it'll be a bit cheaper than paying between now and the day.
-
for all you non NSW folk - this is what tha pinky talk is about: and this is what TopGear magazine thinks of it:
-
Did this to a mates 31... not the best pics but it was fun, to do it properly I'd need a wider angle close up shot and probably make the middle almost 100% see thru.

Not too bad WKD needs some work, but you'll get there!

What Do You People Know About This E85 Fuel ?
B. J. replied to discopotato03's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Personally for the everyday driver I wouldnt go filling my car with a whole tank of the stuff, when they ran the report on it (in NSW) there was some old blokes filling his EB falcon saying "its great!" I'd like to see how long they really do last (ie rubber seals, hoses and so on) but as mentioned above, 1/4 of a tank in with the normal stuff (92 or 95) and good tune I think it would be worth-while.
