Very good write up, I will be looking into doing this when I put my after market caster rods in. Get the whole thing aligned at once Seems to have a fair bit more camber over the LCA's.

Yep that clutch alignment tool is such a big help! Engine is looking good man, and that is one big fkn turbo! 3540 looks heaps big when sitting up against the RB25 out of the car. How much power you hoping for, and are you just going to REMAP the standard R32 ECU or run an after-market stand alone? Looking very good, hope you get it in and running soon, but like everyone said don't rush. Do it once and do it right!

Probably best to get 6.5" for the back and front as you will have to cut the parcel shelf to get 6x9s in there. Factory, R33 have 6.5" so they will almost just drop in. I'd say maybe a 4 channel amp to run the speaker for awesome sound, 6.5" splits in the front doors (tweeters), 6.5" speakers in the parcel shelf and the DVD head unit work work mint. Not sure on how much a PIONEER double din screen is, but brand new the single din ones are about $1,000 - $1,400 and 2nd hand about $650 - $1,000. I have seen 1 x double din head unit for sale, brand new selling for about $1,300 actually. I will see if I can fidn you the link for you. Hope that helps.

Hey Recently I noticed that the clock in my R32 cluster has stopped working, well not complete, the backlight comes on as usual but there is no display of digits. It’s really faint and you can’t really make out the numbers. Was working fine the last time I saw it, but when I started the car up which was about a week after the last time I started it, I noticed that it was like it? What could have caused this? How do I fix it? And is it a common problem? I also noticed a few weeks ago, my friends clock also died in his R32. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Abu

Thanks for all the replies guys, I just don't have time to stuff around so I want to get it right the first time. My best bet will be to fine a set of R32/S13 caster rods with good bushes, or just to buy a set of R32/S13 caster rods and get new bushes put on. That way its just out with the old ones and in with the new set, no stuffing around. Yeah the front suspension for the GTR and GTS4's are the same because of the altessa system.

Thanks for that info man. I need them for RWC, they are slightly worn apparently. I have ordered after-market caster rods, but they have no arrived yet, so I sorta need new ones urgently so I can get my car rego'd Reason I asked why GTR ones will fit is because my cousin just pulled his GTR ones out, and replaced them with CUSCO ones. His bushes are in pretty good working order, so I thought if we could interchange them from GTR to GTST for a while, that would help me out and save me some $money. I guess I will just pull mine out tomorrow and compare them to his GTR ones, but I thought GTR would be different for sure due to the altessa setup. Need a more definite answer than that man, seems like your just guessing? Thanks Al. You wouldn't know if R33 caster rods fit R32?

Hey I am chasing caster rods to suit R32 GTST and I am pretty sure S13 ones are the same?, and they must have very good condition bushes on them. They can be after-market caster rods, doesn't have to be standard. Needed for RWC and if you have good condition caster rod bushes just by themselves, I wouldn't mind those.
