That quiet funny actually, because I wired up a head unit in my friends R32, and used the same grounding point as mine, which is the one were all referring too, and it didn't work either! Very weird.. I just used one of the other screw holes that holds the rubber boot thing in place. The mounting bracktes in the dash, to the left and right side of the head unit also work as an earth.

Fits in standard cradle, and you can use standard wiring, the only thing I had trouble with was the filter on the GTR pump sat to low, or in the wrong position? I just used the GTST filter off my old pump. Just had to file down a section of the filter for it to fit properly on to the GTR pump, but all reasonably simple!

HPF in Dandenong has a 4WD dyno. And I am fairly sure DYNOMOTIVE in Bayswater also has a 4WD dyno. But there both south eastern & eastern suburbs of melbourne, so probably doesn't help much.

My motors healthy (compression tested etc..) but the oil pressure gauge always reads low. On start up when cold it will be just under '4' on the stock oil pressure gauge, and it only gets lower as it gets warmer. When cruising at a consistant speed its quiet low, but at about 100km/3XXXrpm its in between '2' & '4'.. I don't really worry about it to much as I have been told the stock oil pressure gauge is useless, so I won't be able to get an accurate reading till I get a decent after-market oil pressure gauge. Yeah mine went heaps low after I serviced it. Was slightly worried with it being so low..
