Sounds good man, should make some good power. Have you upgraded the clutch and gone to a FMIC? Who are you going to get to tune it, and what sort of power you going for? Should be able to hit 260rwkw if all goes well.

Thanks for that buddy, but the HKS2510 is far to small. I believe its slightly larger than a standard RB25 turbo, but in a BB version with steel wheels etc? They are only good for about 200rwkw on an RB20 as far as I know. Maybe someone with more experience can comment? Has been said that HKS2530 is well matched to an RB20/25, maybe HKS2535 better for an RB25 these days.

Any standalone ECU, doesn't have to be a PFC. Just gives you more options in terms of tuning and funtions as well as resale value later down the track.

Noise in the gearbox when you step on the clutch probably wouldn't be a clutch.. lol It would be a thrust bearing if your on the clutch, or a spigot if your off the clutch.
