Any reason why WOLF is shit? Would be keen to hear the explanation behind that. After market ECU's are only as good as the tuner, that goes for any ECUs including PFC and REMAPs. 8,900 rpm is way to high, maybe if its been modified and tuned.. but still why the fk would you rev it to 8,900 rpm?

I think your getting a big a head of your self. It does not seem like you have had the car for very long, as you do not seem 100% confident in what you are talking about. You have like a million and one idea's running through your head. Personally, just mod the car to 300rwhp if that is what you want, and see how you like it. If that is all the power you want then the RB20 is fine. The Rb25 will do it on lower boost, with more torque but 300rwhp is basically 300rwhp. Maybe drive the car around first on the power you want and see how you go, you don't even know what 300rwhp on an R32 feels like yet. One-step at a time man!

Yep, the workshop is more than happy to supply stock parts, but I don't even want to knwo how much they will charge. Just makes it easier/quicker as well as cheaper if I have the car stock when it goes in.

I'd rev it to 8,500 rpm if it was tuned and making power that high in the rev range, no issues lol

Hahaha revving it on idle to 8,000 rpm odd wont cause damage if its just there and back. But constantly holding it there, or under load say in gear it will cause some damage, but depends on the situation I guess, and things such as tune. Yep also keen to see what Roy has to say. I know he revs his motor hard on occasions but that’s tuned motor. I need more feed back on a stock motor

Hi Just a few quick questions for getting an R32 GTST complianced. Can I use standard R33 GTST wheels instead of R32 GTST ones? I have a standard air box on there, but can I have an intercooler if it does't cut through the chassis, or will I have to have the intercooler removed? For suspension I have TEIN coilovers on the car, does it have to be stock suspension? Car is basically stock, on stock wheels and will be stock height, stock exhaust, and stock air box. Thanks, Abu

Yeah no point reving them that hard when they are stock. They sound fair quiet on boost but once it gets up about 6,000 rpm and above you can hear the engine struggling and whining. But again I haven't rev'd it that hard too many times so haven't taken much noticed. I'd rather hear it on limiter!!

When you raise the boost they start to run rich as a safety precaution. Its only best to raise boost once you have supporting modifications, but in most cases when you put on a 3" turbo back exhaust, and FMIC you usually get an automatic increase in boost. I suggest you get a FMIC and a 3" turbo back exhaust on there. 12- 13psi on standard turbo and ECU would probably be about the best it will get. Anything more than that and you will start to eiter get ping/fuel cut outs and all other types of shit on standard ECU. 12 - 13psi 3" turbo back exhaust FMIC Fuel pump That will be fine, then if you want a tune, like an SAFC II which is a fuel only computer or an E-MANAGE. Basically some sort of engine management.. But about 14psi is the max you'd run your stock turbo on, other wise there is a high chance it will blow.

Its on standard wheels now, and I will raise it up closer to when I will take it in for complaince. My cousin has a standard exhaust which I will borrow, and just bought a standard air box as well.. Soon soon I hope. I just bought a WOLF3d ECU and all this other shit to put in, so just blowing money at the moment haha.
