  1. I've read about a few members on here buying them, and being very happy with the quallity and the price. Some of the seats are roughly $400 a pair + freight/postage, to me thats a pretty decent price considering!.. I will be looking at getting some my self once I take care of the other things I want to do with my car, but do a search on the forums, I'm pretty sure you will find some posts from members who have purchased them. If I come by any feed-back posts I will post the thread link in this thread for you. Thanks, Abu

  3. Hi Justjap offer a range of bucket seats that are similar to RECARO and BRIDE. They also deliver and they are a SAU forum Trader! There very helpful and easy to deal with. http://www.justjap.com/parts_nseats.htm Hope that helps. Thanks, Abu
  4. Hi Sounds like a boost leak. Check all your intercooler piping, most likely something has popped off, or you havent tightend it up properly again. Overfuels as you come onto boost @ 3000rpm as there is no boost coming through into the intake plenum/engine, when the AFM is reading boost, therefor overfueling and surging etc.. I think! Has happened to me in 1 of my car's, and was the same story in my cousin's R33 not long ago. Give that a shot and see how you go, couldnt be anything major. Hope that helps some how. Thanks, Abu
  5. Probably about 200-220rwkw.. by then they will be high in the duty cycle (maxing out). Best to change them if you go over 200rwkw I've been told, from a few people now! Not sure on the CC rating, but the GTR ones are like 440cc? I think.. and there pretty cheap 2nd hand. Thanks, Abu
  6. Hi Even with a standalone ECU, with major modifications or changes you will need to get a complete retune, and that will cost you the same, if not more than another Remap, retune. You will probably need injectors, a Z32 AFM, and a fuel pump if you dont have that already. You should get those together and go for a tune, then if need be later, if more modifications do come you can go back and get the chip retuned again. IMO factory ECU's are the best, especially when they can be retuned. They are advance ECU's even standard and with the ability to retune, there capabilities are huge! No wiring, no cutting or messing around with anything. Burn the map, plug it in and off you go. Just my thoughts once again.. Your probably more confused now! lol Thanks, Abu
  7. Agree with Taxi33, the SLIDE highflows are top quallity. $1090 delivered, or $890 delivered if you supply a change-over turbo. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=153972 Pretty good value for money! Thanks, Abu
  8. Hey man WOLF is a standalone ECU as well as Microtech. E-manage is a piggy back, but the SAFC is only like a fuel adjuster. I agree with Kristafa, get a remap, its the best option and best priced solution. Also looks standard so you cant get into any issues with the police. Only downside would be that if you ever do a mod, and you want to tweak the tune a little, you have to take it back to the tuner and get it retuned, unlike a Microtech, WOLF or PFC, with a handcontroller you can do minor adjustments to the tune. But the upside, in my opinion is, do all the mods you want in 1 shot, get it tuned, once! And leave it alone! Talk to CEF11E, he can do Remaps for RB20DET, and at a good price. He is a nice guy and very helpful, he knows whats going on when it comes to Remaps. I'l be getting him to do mine when I'm ready Hope some of that helps. Thanks, Abu
  9. I am also keen if sale falls through. I'l take both. Thanks, Abu
  10. Not a problem man. Send CEF11E a PM in regards to remaps, he knows whats going on! I sent him a PM this morning after speaking to another member about remaps, he recommended me to CEF11E, and CEF11E know's his stuff. He has been very helpful in the little time we spoke via PM and is willing to help out, so I will be speaking to him a lot more when he comes back online. He does his owns remaps according to the modifications you have, and at a good price, but best to speak to him for all the details. Hope that helps a little more. Thanks, Abu
  11. Umm sorry not interested in BOV. Got anything else? Thanks, Abu
  12. Hi What price have you been quoted for Spool rods? When I was building my forged RB30 bottom end I was also looking at sing with SPOOL rods, but I heard bad things, and a good friend recommended EAGLE H BEAM rods, I think thats the brand(been up since 5am, correct me if I'm wrong lol). There is a guy on calaiturbo, username STONE_RACING, he builds a lot of forged RB30 bottom ends and can get EAGLE H BEAM rods for pretty cheap or at a good price. If you want send me PM if your keen or 100% definate on getting a set of forged rods, and I'l try hook you up with a good price, and a good set. Apparently from what I've read, this is from back earlier this year, people say you cant go wrong with EAGLE H BEAM rods, for the price and quallity. They also come with ARP2000 rod bolts. Just my opinion, and what I heard at the time of building my forged bottom end.. Thanks, Abu
  13. Hi I presume your talking about a Apexi Power FC? I have also been trying to source one for an RB20DET, but they are very rare to find, and when you do find one they are extremely over-priced. I'm assuming your looking for a stand alone ECU, something like a PFC, LINK, Microtech etc Personally, if I was to get an aftermarket stand alone ECU, I'd go for a plug and play unit. Thats just so incase you do choose to go back to stock, or get EPA'd of whatever the reason may be, you can simply unplug the unit and plug your standard ECU back in. You also save money on installtion, and dont have to hack up your standard loom. If your looking for a standalone plug and play ECU, LINK make a plug and play for the RB series. I have found one for sale on NS.com, at a very reasonable price. I was thinking about getting it for my self, but I think I will hold out a little longer, so its all yours, or who-ever else may be interested after reading this thread. Link to for sale thread below: http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...howtopic=237944 LINK ECU's have become pretty popular over the last few years, and seem to be doing pretty well. Havent heard any complaints, but if you want to do some research, I've provided some links below.. Link to LINK ECU website below: http://www.linkecu.com/ Link to LINK ECU Forum below: http://www.linkecu.com/forum/forums Hope some of that information helps. Thanks, Abu
  14. Come on, need to sell. Thanks, Abu
  15. Or! No CAM cover, that would look even tougher! lol Thanks, Abu
  16. Looks very neat and subtle man. I like the duct through the bar, looks tough! S2 R33's with big front mount's look madd! And you even have the lip spoiler for the front bar, love it! Ever thought about getting a clear CAM cover? I reckon it would look pretty good in your engine bay, but keep the standard black timing belt. Just a thought! Thanks, Abu
  17. Interested in turbo timer. Sent PM, sent SMS, and called.. no reply. Thanks, Abu
  18. Not even going to justify that with an answer. But according to your signature you seemed to have recently upgraded to GTR fuel pump from standard? Any reason for that, since your car is only making 155RWKW, which is plenty for the standard fuel pump to handle.. Just curoius. Thanks, Abu
  19. I didnt say $70 was half the price of a fuel pump, I said its like half he price. Although I have bought a original BOSCH 040 new in the past for $160, which for arguments sake is almost double $70.. You could spend $180 and get a BOSCH 040 brand new, theres one on calaisturbo at the moment. Original BOSCH too, with receipt. All I was saying was if your after a bit more reliability, and peace of mind you might as well change it. Its a matter of $200 max and about 2 hours work. He obviously has some concerns, hence this thread? The stock fuel pump would be a least what, 14 years old by now? Thanks, Abu
  20. Hi I dont think your BOV would need changing, as the stock ones do take a fair bit of boost, and you wont notice any performance increase if you do upgrade, just another thing to add to the defect list when you do get pulled up.. HKS SSQ are pretty dam loud. 3" exhaust is probably the best choice for performance, and you can keep it quiet with added mufflers and resonaters. Not sure what any of the above exhaust sound like, never heard them, but most Japanese performance exhaust are averagely loud and have a deep tough growly idle. Other problem is that if you have too many mufflers, resonaters, the exhaust becomes restrictive and you will lose power then. Best someone with exhaust experience to reply to that question, as I dont mind an exhaust being loud. 3" turbo back with a high flow CAT would do me fine With just a FMIC and turbo back, or even CAT back exhaust you will notice a great improvement, maybe even 10-12psi of boost! Hope some of that helps.. Thanks, Abu
  21. I reckon change it. Its not worth you taking the risk till it dies, it will leave you strandard in the middle of no where. If you have the cash just buy it, there is no harm in changing it. It may last you another year, or maybe it will last another day. Who's to say when it will go? At least with a new one, you will know its got a long life a head of it, and its not going to clonk out any time soon. If your planning on getting more power out of it, why not upgrade it. The stock one didnt cost you anything anyways.. You could pick up a replacement pump, like a BOSCH 040 cheap enough. But $70 is like half the price of a fuel pump. Later on if he buys another fuel pump, when it does die, it will cost him more in the long run. Might as well spend the cash and upgrade now.. Just my thoughts!.. Thanks, Abu
  22. Nice looking rims man. I've got the same one's on my R32, but in silver! Will also be looking at getting rid of mine once my car arrives in Melbourne, 2 - 3 weeks. Free bump, should sell pretty fast at that price. Abu
  23. Also interested. Location please. Thanks, Abu
