Hey I have an aftermarket steering wheel on my R33 GTR, I have removed the clock spring since the airbag is not in use and am running the wheel with a boss kit Problem I have is on occasions when I am driving, if I corner hard or even power out of a corner the HICAS light comes on... Usually stays on for a few KM then goes off I know this is due to the car having an after market wheel because when I reverted back to the standard wheel from aftermarket there was no issues Question is, why is the HICAS light coming on, what's it doing/not doing when the light comes on and will it effect performance in any way? Is there any way to trick the HICAS and stop the light from coming on? Thanks

why would you go smaller than standard sell them and buy a set of standard wheels

Just find the yellow line and have a feel, you will either feel the restrictor in there or not. That would be the best way to tell

Reasonably flat man, it handles pretty good They are quiet firm for a standard setup

Mine is a V-SPEC as well but from my knowledge the V-SPEC had Bilstein suspension that was 10mm lower than standard GTR suspension. These aren't Bilstein though, although they are marked with GTR so they are definitely standard GTR suspension I've got a 3" cat back on my car and as you can see in the picture above its got more than enough ground clearance, certainly legal Thanks

GTR suspension/shocks would probably be a fair bit firmer, I know these are a lot harder than my standard R32 GTST suspension was, with the lowered springs it sits a bit lower and rides more firm I wouldn't say its high, but then again its not low.. its a reasonable height and car handles fairly well with these, especially since there just standard suspension

S1 and S2 are the same, just GTST and GTR are different
