  8. When I start mine when cold its almost at 8, pretty much half way between the second last mark and 8. Not to sure what it sits at when idling at operating temp but when cruising it sits either just under the '4' mark or over, depending on what revs your doing It rises up when you give it more, it's normal for it to increase as the revs increase

  13. GKTECH has some good ones for like $80 new I use a JUST JAP one and its pretty good quality, looks like a cat also

  16. Yep Power FC has a setting SETTINGS > REV/IDLE and its the first option, REV LIMIT Just scroll across to the value, then up and down to select the RPM value
