19psi is freaking heaps man, that doesn't sound right I had a HKS actuator on my HKS2535 and it would run 0.85 which is 12.3psi Maybe change to an R32 actuator and use a bleeder (turbotech?) but certainly something not right there

The standard one seems to work well, no real reason to change it or a good cheap upgrade is a standard GTR blow off valve which are known to hold more pressure if your running higher boost There the only two I would ever use
