Just had a play with this on the weekend Standard air box on my HCR32 with HKS2535 + supporting mods on the dyno was making around 210rwkw on 16 - 17psi on the dyno When we lifted the airbox lid about 1 cm, couldn't get it off completely because it was a tight fit and the tuner said we picked up 15nm of torque up top as well as 10rwkw Running no sorta of CAI or duct setup, just standard airbox and intake pipe

Any good paint shop should be able to mix it up for you If you take the fuel filler cap off and take it to the paint shop, ask them to mix you up x amount of it they should be able to get an almost a perfect match That would be the best way to do it

Item: Blitz return flow intercooler kit Age: Unknown Condition: Very good Price: $750 + postage/freight To Fit: (What car) HCR32 - slight modifications ECR33 - direct bolt on ECR34 - direct bolt on Location: South eastern suburbs, Melbourne Contact: PM Email/MSN [email protected] Call/SMS 0416 623 381 - No private calls Comments: I put up an ad for this intercooler kit before but some of the information I put up was inaccurate and because I can't edit the thread I thought I would start a new one as there will be too much confusion with the old thread The intercooler kit is a blitz return flow kit with piping to suit R33 & R34 – direct bolt on with no modifications required (no cutting, drilling etc) and because the intercooler kit is a return flow kit it doesn't cut or alter the chassis design of the car there for making it legal as long as you have only one induction mod (VIC requirements) This kit will bolt straight onto any R33/R34 and uses the factory holes in the chassis and mounting points on the bonnet latch to secure it, the kit has all the brackets to get it fitted up, as it would have from new The intercooler kit will also kit R32 but the piping is slightly different so you will need to either change the mounting height of the cooler OR change the length of the factory pipes in the engine bay where it meets the guard (longer silicon joiner) but other than that it will bolt straight up I have trial fitted the R33/R34 pipe work onto my R32 and its all pretty much the same, only the one pipe that goes to the intake cross pipe sits a little to far from the pipe in the engine bay so a longer joiner is required other than that everything else bolts up as normal Intercooler core has been professionally powder coated in a colour called texture black and looks very neat and stealth when fitted up to a car, I was using it on my car with the R32 piping but I bought another blitz return flow intercooler kit exactly the same but the kit is to suit R33/R34.. Reason I bought the kit was that I wanted a polished core again due to retaining back to the standard airbox so making the intercooler kit legal. I have kept my R32 piping kit and am now selling my core with the new R33/R34 piping kit as the cores are the same If you want the core polished up, you could get the powder coat stripped off and the core polished but there would be no reason to wreck the good powder coating job Intercooler flows great, fitment is the best and it's so simple to fit up. It literally takes only a few minutes once you have the front bar off the car, everything lines up 100% Any questions feel free to ask, I will get pictures up of the whole intercooler kit tonight when I get a chance Will freight anywhere in Australia at buyers expense Thanks

Thanks Dush Yep, these intercoolers are some of the best out there. I actually just bought another one and the only reason I am selling is because I wanted a polished intercooler again. If you wanted to strip the black off then you could always get it acid dipped and get it polished, I just don't have the time to get that done The powder coating job on the intercooler and piping is pro so there would be no reason to wreck it as the intercooler still does what its supposed to just in stealth Straight bolt on to any R32/R33, its so easy to install its not funny and you can retain your standard airbox and intercooler pipes in the engine bay. I will be taking it off tonight so its ready for pick up as of tonight, I will have another one fitted to my car so if anyone interested wants to see what the fitment is like or what it looks like feel free to come around I will also freight interstate at buyers expense Price is negotiable so don't miss out Thanks
