Hey everyone, Before I buy new thought I’d check on here to see if anyone has some stuff. Looking for the following to suit r32 GTR: -Forged engine, open to a 2.6 or 2.8l stroker - -9 turbos or a mid frame single turbo kit - Quaife or similar front diff - Good quality intercooler like a Nismo or Plazmaman I’ve got a fairly stock’ish setup at the moment and am happy to work out a trade with someone if they’re putting their car back to stock. prefer everything be located in Melbourne.

Looking for a project again and thought I’ll bump this up, open to anything from R32-R35. Happy for any type of condition as long as there’s no rust.

Hi guys, I'm after my next project and am looking for a R32 GTR with a blown motor as the plan is to build one anyway. If you know of any for sale or have one yourself that you want to get rid of please let me know. I'm located in Melbourne but happy to look interstate too. Colour preference is gunmetal grey. I'm also open to ones that have other mechanical issues or ones that need a bit of work to get upto scratch. I'm after a project, not one that is already finished! Please PM me with what you have. Thanks

Depends on what you want man, in your initial post your not interested in a track car but a daily driver IMO the F6 would be more suited to you. There's alot of potential as well, that same F6 your talking about got a upgraded dump-pipe/cat + retune and made 335rwkw not bad for something like $2k worth of mods. The F6 won't handle as good as the GTR we all know that, but they don't handle bad either...just not as good as a GTR. All depends on what you want outta the car, for a quick daily you can't go past the F6, for more of a weekender/track car the GTR would come out on top.

Fs [vic] Pioneer 15" Sub With Box
NFS posted a topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Hey guys, selling my pioneer 15" sub and box the model code is TSW 384C and here is the description from the pioneer website: General 350 Watts Nominal Rating 15" Subwoofer for Enclosure applications 700 Watts Max. Power Handling Recommended Sealed Enclosure: 56.6 Litres Large diameter Conex damper with damper ring Dual Layer Urethane Surround Mounting Depth: 168mm Dimensions : 390 (diam.) x 183mm It comes with a sealed Qmax box, the RRP on the sub is $279 and the box was another $80 IIRC but i'm willing to let both things go for $220. The stuff is only about 6 months old and has had minimal use (mostly on weekends). Cheers PS the reason i'm selling it is to pay for my insurance excess, this sub pumped pretty loud and you could feel your hair moving when it was up loud. -
Hey guys, I'm selling my monster tacho, it's a black faced Autometer tacho in perfect working order, it comes with the shift light and the cool looking yellow cap that's supposed to go over it. Comes in the original box with instructions and bracket. It has a little crack under the black module where you adjust the shift point from, but you can hardly notice it and it will not get any bigger. I can post this to anywhere in Australia, or you can pick it up from the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Price: $200 ONO Posted to anywhere in Australia.

I wonder, it makes 429RWHP (I think) and it's probably NA as well:P

All he had to to was turn the boost up, it was capable of an 11. But if adzi can get a R32 GTR then IMO he should definetely get that.
-
If you really wanna beat your mate, spend 10K on a turbo kit for that, I know a guy that had an EB all up he spent something like 8k for EVERYTHING needed to run a 13.6 quarter mile, on 10 pound boost he made something like 186 rwkw, the kit included a garrett gt35/40 internally gated turbo, wolf 3d, bigger injectors, etc etc. And remember it doesn't stop at 10 pound. The falcon engines are also quite strong, even if it does blow just buy another one for $500 from the trading post Or you could spend the rest of the 2k to rebuild your engine with an ACL race series rebuild kit, get the rods crack tested and aligned, lower the comp, ARP rod bolts and a balance, a set up like that is proven to take more than 300 rwkw all day everyday.

What Ford do you own?
-
Yeah fair point, but does anyone know the legalities of the situation? Do I HAVE to get it engineered? Or can it be classified as an engine swap? I havn't really got my hopes up on the latter option obviously as there's a turbo there that wasn't before
-
That's no good Skyline33: It's 1995, manual, and i'm getting a pretty good price just under $16k, it also has some mods. I guess I'll loose my deposit then, just to ask, why wouldn't you guys touch it? For RWC/rego reasons? Or just because it's been converted?? Thanks.
-
Hey, I'm looking at buying a R33 and it comes with no rego, but the problem is it was converted from NA (RB20E) to turbo (RB25DET). I was wondering if I need a engineers certificate for it all to be registered? Or would it just be classified as a engine swap? If you need more info let me know. Thanks
-
Is that with the hand controller? That's a pretty good price, where from?
-
Sounds good, would you swap for a twin turbo EF XR8 manual? And you give me cash on top?
