Hey Guys, I was away for some months, the car wasn't started, battery died, new batterry, happy days, however the seat position seems to have changed, now when I reverse the mirrors dip down which is kind of ok but never used to do that and now the drivers window has an issue going up and down, maybe the motor is dying and not related, but has anyone experienced anything like this, any clues if the window motor goes where to get another one and how much? Any thoughts Men?

Hey Guys, anyone looking to take the plunge into an exhaust? I am wanting to get one from the US,(nothing local suitable) expensive, maybe a couple of people, see if we can get a discount? List is 1,700US for a cat back, I think the Motordyne is the best one from the stuff I have read in the old posts here and elsewhere; unless someone has more current information? The Borla is attractive, similar price but not as good apparently? Comments, something current that will do the job better? Any takers for a group buy?

Looking at getting a double din for my 350GT. has anyone got a current dvd and use Iphone 5 with IOS 7? I understand it can be a problem, ie, not much showing on the screen with the recent upgrade from IOS 6. Not sure if it is worth waiting until the middle of the year, apparently apple are working on their own system of mirror link that lets you see the phone screen on the din display. Anyone with experience in this please?

Do you really need them, one of the things I like about these cars is having the windows down with not much air coming into blow you away, great design i thought.

Men, have read many posts on upgrading the V35, wth exhaust, cold air and so on. If I understand correctly there isn't much power gain but some sound gain? Does anyone disagree in real terms with this? So my question is there a turbo kit available for the V35 RHD that can deliver real results? I am in Canberra, no one knows much about them here mechanic wise but could take up to Sydney if I can get a reasonable fit up price from some one who knows what they are doing? Any thoughts appreciiated. Will post some pics of my ride shortly. 05 Pearl white, the car was just buffed and polished, headlights restored, looks good, not sure about lowering kit though, annyway, turbo men, what, where and how much? Hey Men, any ideas on how to protect the dash, there are no dashmats available for the 350GT, not sure how they would look anyway but would like some protection against cracking and generally poor condition occuring. Just had the car buffed & polished, a thing of beauty, stock though.

Well since we all have one, I would put it on Carsales and raise the price, I think given what it is and what you have spent on it the price is too cheap. Start at 25k, you can always go down, I just bought a stock one for more than what you are asking.

Well, don't want to get bagged out for this but have ordered protector strips from the US for both doors, will colour code. Hope they look ok, had my car for 1 week and 3 dings into the passenger side door. So will see what it looks like, hopefully ok. Pearl white colour so you know, protect the paintwork. Anyone else got them? Oh yes, will procure and fit front and rear swaybars, anyone looking to let some go? I am in Canberra

Well no, but I have seen the kind of mudflaps available (same style) on another vehicle, they looked F*#N terrible, I was considering some for my 350GT but wouldn't now, unless there are some other kind, don't think so though, just have to keep the beast clean, I have had mine only a few weeks and love this car, very different from a grunting V8 Holden, but a pleasure to cruise in. Immaculate pearl white premium with 19inch factory wheels. Happy Days, just need some sway bars and will keep it stock I think.

I have an idea on how I think it works although haven't tried it, after flattening the battery the other day I will just let it go for awhile, anyone else had the experience with remote start in a manual? The other thing is I looked into changing over the 6 stacker to a single din with camera, everything but sat nav, because the kit from Japan is so expensive (to include all aircon and other features) that is 1500 on its own, by the time they fit the head unit it is going to cost 3k, a shit load of money has anyone done it cheaper? I have seen on here that the after market kit is heaps cheaper but looks cheap. What would anyone else do? Blow the 3k?

Hey Guys, pic of the remote, the car was imported in 2008, probably they had no clue then it has a remote start set up. I haven't been able to locate another one for back up. Any clues on the shelf life of these things, must be close to 9yrs now. Any recommendations of a decent alarm with remote start capability. I don't understand why they would install this anyway, how does it work with the factory system, does it void it or just neutralise and sit beside it? Hey Guys: 2005 350GT V35, although it is a manual has remote start ability if it is in neutral.There is only 1 remote come with it,which is quite old; once this one goes it is my understanding from Nissan here in Canberra, that there is no software here to replicate the codes for the vehicle that will allow for remote start again or even possibly cover general start replacement. I was told there could possibly be an importer with this capability, has anyone heard of who or how to get round this problem? Thanks. Adrian

May have put it in the wrong section, new to it so please forgive, looking at getting one of these imports, in manual. A few around in Sydney. I understand they share the motor with the Z car and are ok with gearbox also. My concern is part availability if required? Any ideas or advice appreciated. I am based in Canberra. Thanks. Hey Guys, I am looking at a 07/08 CKV 36 370 GT Type S, there are a couple available in Sydney Haberfield dealer although I want a manual so that narrows it a bit. Anyway, I was told (am new to it) that they share many parts with the z car and part availability is pretty good if required. Is that your experience, motor and gearbox are pretty reliable but what about the rest of the car? Thanks for any assisance. Adrianzulu.

I am actually in the market for possibly a 2008 370sp. I am wary of the dealers however they have a convenience factor. I would be interested to know what sort of KM on the 2010 and total cost from sourcing to get it in your driveway? I could be interested in doing the same as I am not in a particular hurry for a new car I imagine 6 months would be the earliest, I mean how do you go about sourcing it first of all? Thanks.
