i ve done it to my ceffy ..previously an auto..so decided to convert it manual..if you re riding an auto it will be very difficult in term of spacing..unless you convert it to manual..then the gear console will follow..as for the cable ..for sure you have to cut it short...

yes..a half cut for R32 only cost USD 600...considered very cheap for a powerful engine. cefirosan...my friend workshop got one R33 dashboard...does it really fit the ceffy ?

yupp..thats correct...we malaysian are used to it..lah..every single word or sentence will follow with the word la...doesn't mean anything...may be because of our mother tongue... godf4th3r....you seems to know a lot bout malaysia....any particular relations with malaysia.

guys.. I just have my ceffy auto converted to manual...problem is ..the handbrake. Can anyone give some info if r32 handbrake cable suitable for the ceffy? thx.

hey guys...just jooking la...looking chicks just for chat or something..further than that...i'm long way from down under...can't do anything ..not even touch...but here in malaysia i've seen few females driven the ceffys...but old lady ma... seems we are way out from topics...anyway I've seen a ceffys with the R32 dash attached to it...trying to get some info from the owner . My mech still have a lot of headache to figure out the dash...

u all have to be patient...once i snap a few pics i will post it...i thinking of to change the skin of the dash also...still planning wit one of my friend ( cushion workshop ) to change it using PU or PVC leather...

i haven't complete the transplant...but from wat i've seen it doesn't really fit.First i thought the front part ( near the windscreen ) has to be cut off by 0.5 inch but then the gear console has to move also, and the glove compartment does'nt go in cause of the air cond cooling coil casing..my mechanic says it a hard job to do.Wat his going to do is to trim the side wall of the dashboard...n there still a loop hole on the left & right side of the windscreen...its hard to describe in writing cause i not to good in english. About the pics I will try to post some...

i'm still in progress to fix the r32 dash into my cefiro..needs some modifications on the air cond vents,but still i think the front part has to be cut off little bit to make it even with the front screen....hell of a job to do...worse still the air cond vents can break easily..

hi ..i'm from malaysia.Recently i did a engine transplant of my cefiro RB20det from auto to manual.My problem is the hand brake. Can anyone confirm if the cefiro handbrake is compatible with the R31. FYI ...i've changed everything complete with the dashboard n gear console box. thanks...
