Was hoping to touch up mine before charity event, but looks like it be in the work shop till Friday afternoon. Then got Dyno day Saturday, and early start Sunday for the charity cruise, days should have 30 hrs in December !!!

So it would be like driving a R35 without heat wrap on its down pipes LoL, even with mine is hot as hell, have aircon but I prefer to hear the exhaust so I just sweat like a pig ;(

A wise man ounce told me if your buying a performance car to afford to keep it running you must be able to buy 2 of them. Its like any car, you get some really tough ones, then you get some real lemon's. Of course when it comes to modifying you got to totally ignore the warranty as they will totally ignore you. I have seen some in that price range from dealers so I think you can get your hands on one with no mods. If your looking for some thing with a little more ponies though, I think you will have to spend a little more, cost of car and maintenance.

I applied for membership hope it goes through in time, I don't have any QR laps anyway but still like to come watch.

I am keen as for a meet and greet, I think the no stupidity policy is great as your actions may get others into trouble. Not to mention tarnish the SAU name.

Thats a great point, SA is pretty far away though. The main thing that appeals to me about the Alpha 10 package is its complete dont need to worry bout adding crap later, just maintaining what i have. But I guess for the same amount Willall could piece together some tasty mods. Or any of the major perfomance work shops.

Hi guys, I live in Brisbane and am contemplating getting an alpha 9 or alpha 10 package for my 2010 GTR (which is completely stock atm) I am a little concerned about the freight of the alpha 10 package as it is a complete engine and gear box but if it must be done then so be it. Just wandering if anyone has done a AMS alpha package upgrade ? If so did they install it themselves or get a performance shop to install it ? and how long did it take and labour cost ?
