  1. I got Chris Rogers to install a new double DIN OEM dash panel in my '05. It included a brand new A/C control unit & allowed me to fit a 7" DVD/TV/GPS unit whilst still looking OEM. Simple, and didn't cost the earth. Chris also fitted the steering wheel stereo controls AND cruise at the same time, I recall the whole thing was around $2k all up. Not a massive job at all - and looks a million x better than having a dash full of illegible symbols!
  2. Hey all you V35 fans! I haven't been around here in a while, but I was a member on the SAU QLD site previously. I've had my V35 for about 4 years & love the heck out of it! I've put some pics in the gallery section. Cheers, Stu.
  3. Here's my '05 V35 coupe. We had a photoshoot for my custom bike last year & so I thought I'd get some shots of the V while we were at it...! I've had this one since it was imported in '08 & absolutely love it! I've kept it pretty stock-looking, as I reckon the V35's look really classy standard & have great smooth lines. Externally its been lowered on Eibach springs, has 19" Koya RG-Teks all round, & I replaced the stock headlight units with LED DRLs from Spyder. I reckon that's about all it needs, I love the colour & the whole look of the thing. Inside, I didn't want the 'premium' with the TV/Nav as I knew it would have the Jap symbols & be pretty useless. So I got Chris & Audio Express to fit a complete new double DIN dash panel with an aftermarket TV/Nav system & full OEM steering wheel controls. Now it's got full functionality & looks totally OEM!
  4. As the title states - anyone heading out to Jamboree next weekend? I'm going along on Sat with the GT, Zed & kwaka. I'll be there with the Zed Club guys, come & say HI if you're wandering past!
  5. Haha! Yeah, I get that a lot! The Vee has indeed been for sale for a while, but I didn't feel comfortable bringing that up until I've been on here awhile... I had the pics taken on the day I did a magazine photo shoot for the bike. I figured while we were there, we might as well get some nice shots with the car to help sell it. Seriously, if I'd have known the hassle it would cause over the next 6 months I wouldn't have bothered! First off, Car Sales refused to accept the images stating that they are 'inappropriate for public consumption', then I got a string of mouth-breathers calling me up at all hours whilst they wank off down the phone. I mean, seriously WTF!?!? As soon as I get a chance I'll see about uploading some of the bike shots from that day. They are much better (& I don't expect it will lead to any of you guys calling me for a late night biscuit beating session...!).
  6. Hey everyone - a big 'G'day' from another new Brissie member! These are my current babies - a 2005 V35 & a 2012 370Z. I've also got a turbo Kawasaki street/drag bike hidden away at home, for those extra sunny days! Cheers, see you all around!
