Not true. HDD's actually have a higher failure rate than SSD's. I've also experienced this myself, never had to return an SSD but I've had multiple HDD's fail in the past.

Considering you can buy your own 512GB SSD for $400 it's not worth the upgrade. I'd go the cheaper one, and if you find you want extra speed then upgrade to a 512GB SSD.

I thought the guy ran his own business? There was a post on one of the Facebook groups showing a bunch of supercars roaming the streets of Melbourne with this one included. The guy who owned an R8 ran the business DoYouEven (which has over half a million Facebook likes) and I'm assuming this guy is into something similar.

Nah Ace Karts in Sunshine. 'Aus Carts' is the one in Port Melbourne, in which yeah they are 28 second lap times. It's a very fun track, but we had 1 staff member who was an absolute dickhead to everyone haha

There was a silver Skyline (think it was an R33) from one of the staff at Ace Karts. Is that anyone's car from here? Also Liam, my lap time was 38.xxx (I'll confirm this soon) for the final race. Pretty sure I was a second or 2 faster in qualifying.

Oh really? Is that the same for all R33's? The tape by itself isn't strong enough

I used this tape: http://www.autobarn.com.au/drive-double-sided-tape-1-2in-x-5m-dst512 You'll need to clean both the wind deflector and the window rubber properly with some wax and grease remover (or similar) to remove as many traces of the old tape as you can. Make sure the clips are also bent in quite tightly for a flush / secure fit. The tape isn't as strong as the original, but doing those steps will make it stay on pretty securely. How the clips are secured is also a crucial part to how well it will stay on in the future.

Fixed my wind deflectors today. The clip closest to the front quarter panel came off and the tape was dry, so when I was on the Westgate freeway doing 100km half of the wind deflector came off (looking like it was going to fly away). Lucky it managed to stay together. Had to completely remove the double sided tape (bitch of a job, still couldn't get 100% of it off) and put new tape down. Also adjusted the clips so now it's completely secure Are you free this weekend? We are doing Go Karts at Ace Karts starting at 10am

Fair enough. Yeah I've had more issues with AMD than Nvidia in the past, now I just tend to stick to Nvidia. Easiest way would be to uninstall the drivers from the installer, go into safe mode and remove any trace of the drivers (software such as driversweeper can do this) and then reinstall them. You're reformatting soon though, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Did you diagnose whether it was a driver or hardware issue?
