  1. Hi guys, I have for sale 2x Plasti Dip smoke cans brand new. I purchased these around a month ago from Autobarn, but decided to go with a different colour. Can either post these or pickup in Melbourne. Looking for $40 for 2 of them (I paid $62 for them). Thanks
  2. I must say, I haven't seen someone use MSN for a few years at least haha
  3. Yep, while you do get understeer in a FWD car I still find them slightly more predictable and easier to manage on the limits
  4. Whose Skyline is this? http://www.reddit.com/r/cars/comments/1vitbh/i_just_detailed_godzilla_im_in_love_xpost_from/ Someone on Reddit detailed it recently, and it came out amazing. I know it's a member here as it has an SAU sticker on the rear quarter windscreen. Would be cool to see it at the ShowAndShine
  5. Is there any update on my membership? Haven't even received a response from my initial e-mail :\
  6. Hmm I was interested in going but then saw it costs $70 just to enter your car :\
  7. Me too
  8. Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone has fitted a set of paddle shifters to an R34 automatic? I've had a look around and I can only find references to the Works Bell paddle shifters, but they seem quite costly at $400. Are there any other aftermarket kits? The wiring from the shift buttons should be fairly straightforward, I'm just looking for something that will mount easily to the steering wheel, Thanks
  9. Ahh yeah. Will have to wait till the weather cools down to check it Thanks
  10. The FT1 isn't the name for the car that it's going to be, it's just a placeholder "Future Toyota 1". I think it looks quite awesome, but it will be closer to the 6 figure mark unfortunately.
  11. Oh ok. I'll check the tension on the alternator belt to see if that's the issue. Hopefully it's not the water pump :\ Thanks
  12. *bump* anyone?
  13. Hi guys, I get a weird screeching type noise everytime I startup my R34 GT-T. I have recorded a video of the startup: http://tinypic.com/r/5kmyyg/5 (as soon as it starts up you'll hear the noise, you may need to turn up your speakers) It's not as noticeable after the car has been started up recently. I'm thinking it's either a belt that's too tight or a starter motor issue. Any ideas? Thanks
  14. Dammit, I just paid $70 today :\
  15. Will be there
  16. Sent my membership through / paid today
  17. That picture just looks like one of the MightyCarMods cars : P
  18. Thinking of spraying / plasti-dipping my wheels until I have the budget for new ones. What colour do you guys think I should go? I'm leaning towards white or grey, I think black looks a bit too much on the car.
  19. I know how it feels My previous housemate would leave the oven on all day to cook cakes and the like, chewing up our gas bill. What's worse is when he would start cooking something on the stove and then leave to go to the shops. Surprised the apartment didn't burn down.
  20. So my car is not needed?
  21. I find mine is chewing up a fair bit of petrol as well. I've put some fuel injector cleaner in which should help, also going to replace the spark plugs and clean the AFM sensor to see if that makes a difference.
  22. I "should" be able to bring my R34 GT-T series 2, will be giving it a detail and painting the wheels black soon. Let me know if my car is needed
  23. Here's the damage report: http://imgur.com/a/EmDFW
  24. Managed to fix it. Just used a needle to stick through both the top and bottom of the nozzle, combined with constant pressure from the pump (pressing down on the stick every half second for 30 seconds created more pressure) it managed to unblock it. This is the type of gunk that was blocking it :\ http://i.imgur.com/Ykpy47U.jpg
  25. Actually never mind, just diagnosed it and it turns out the squirters are the ones that are clogged (easy to test just by removing the pipe all the way up to the squirters themselves). Can't seem to work out how to remove them though, do they just push out through the bonnet? Thanks for your help
