  1. Yep Prank. Congrats Paul and Tam! :uh-huh: welcome to the world of 2am television! :gaga: You need to get Bailey one of these too: Rory has now progressed to handbrake turns on his. :uh-huh:
  2. ROFL! Tosh GOLD!
  3. damn Ben..I threw out my microbee 16K...got a solar calculator with big buttons though...$1000 and it's yours.
  4. Also a general call for volunteers to help doing other things on the day. We will need people to help with things like marshalling the arriving entrants, selling raffle tickets and, as Tosh said, helping with the BBQ and selling drinks. So post your interest or pm/email Majanal, B-Man or Blitz. It doesn't matter if you can only spare an hour, it will all help. A basic roster will be prepared ahead of time too. Thanks, the management
  5. So the car sat around all week? Battery may have drained in that time (mine will go a month without use). I'd be thinking electrical as the first place to look. Like trident says start with the altenator, or get the battery fully charged 1st. Why did the fusible link blow?
  6. If the interior is in good nick, seats not sagging, pedals not worn, body good (not respray) and the odo says 64000 there's always a chance it is correct. Not everyone does major k's. As jazza says...some are weekend toys (like mine).
  7. It is a warning light (like all the others in the dash). It is not an "ABS in use" light. It's not like the "slip" light fitted to some.
  8. I've heard good things about the bilsteins. Not sure if it's the same with stock shocks but with the bilsteins you can have grooves machined into the body to allow the ride height to be adjusted. Maybe a slightly firmer rising rate spring would be what you need for the track as well, without sacrificing street comfort. East Coast Suspension at Kirrawee know their stuff too.
  9. here's one for a beetle :groan:
  10. lol...NOW I get it! :lightbulb:
  11. chrome :spew:...sorry but you did ask.
  12. Moved to NSW Events
  13. I can't enter due to work commitments sorry , but I'll be there later in the day.
  14. The measurement is a bit of a "rubbery figure" (oh the jocularity...) . It's basically the tread width, however the tyre manufacturers have different interpretations of where they measure this. You are correct about the 225 v. 215. There will also be a slightly different circumference.
  15. ROFL!!! :bahaha: back on topic... spotted a bunch of skylines...don't remeber the regos. They are everywhere!!! need to look for Stageas methinks
  16. Great info there genesisR32
  17. So let me get this straight, you were driving a red supra and your friend had green pee...your dad was driving your car and someone let go ...you won't be able to speed again until may unless you pay the fine now and then you won't be able to speed for another 6 months...you lost your p's somewhere too. I know the answer, you didn't lose your p's they were on the car your dad wasn't driving the whole time. If you have to go to court get your friend to drive you as he knows the way already.
  18. No, no I didn't Mark
  19. ...and with that 1 comment you have stopped the thread cold Moanie :bahaha:
  20. Gizmo you have chosen wisely. Get the handling and brakes right first and then do the rest.
  21. fit some stock wheels and get an alignment done then change back to your wheels.
  22. No. It's not like the Honda system.
  23. rsx84, just so you know...that number after the / is a % not a measurement in mm. So if you are going for a 215/60 it means the tyre is 215mm wide and 60% of that width high, i.e. 129mm.
  24. Sorry Guilty I don't have the power to do that. I'll PM Prank and Carlo.
  25. ...or just come along to the 21st. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=33180 /hijack
