Cold morning I tend to warm it up until the needle on my oil temp gauge just starts to creep up, otherwise I'll warm her up just until the water temp needle starts to move north. Cooling doon... Turbo timer my friend. Anywhere between 2 min to 5 min, depends on how much spirited driving I've just done beforehand.

Yup... Vacuum, airflow or O2 sensor dude. Check them all.

Go a manual dude, as said... You'll regret it later if you go an auto. As with hitting boost in the wet... Have fun with it!! Clutch dude... Between that rev range you're pulling the most amount of torque therefore a good chance it may be slipping. It's a good indication that your clutch is on the way out.

Howdy Gentlemen and Gentleladies... I've done a search and came up with donuts... I believe my lifters are on their way oot, I have a particular bad 'tick' @ start-up, but once the oil get's a little warm it tends to go away...!? :confused: Two questions: 1. Do you have any other alternate ideas of what this may be (as can't really be arsed changing lifters) 2. If not, then does anyone know where I might be able to purchase such a part? Thank you people...

You'll prob find the cooler was made for an RB20 as the holes will match up no worries on the side of it. You can suvive without this part attached... I have mates who have just broken it off!!

Such a large factor with fuel ecconomy is dependant on how the individual drives the vehicle... e.g. Car: R32 GTS-t Mods: Lots... Good week at work, 400kms easily... Sh*t week at work - girlfriend - momentary fits of rage, 253kms (and own PB) It really does depend mate... also, mods? Any? It's an RB25, and you might have your lead shoes on... But around the 330 - 400 mark I think you'll find is pretty stock standard. Cheers.
