  1. I think Ash (R31Nismoid) can answer that. The result is flames.
  2. Happy b'day Ash. Hope it was an absolute pearler!
  3. My vote is for Mav. Final inspection is an Ace place, but it can be out of reach ($$$ wise) for many.
  4. good to hear you have it sorted.

    Exhaust

It is a quiet system Trav. I've used them myself for close to 7 years. The only thing they wont do is turbo manifolds as they say all mild steel manifolds crack. They like doing imports and custom systems as it breaks up their days from doing catalogue Falcadores exhaust systems. They can do any type of system, ranging from 2" crush bent, right through to 3" mandrel section stuff. They also work with 4" mandrels as well, as they frequently work on trucks. Reasonably priced too.
  7. I bought tyres from these guys a few time. Seems fine for second hand tyres.
  8. that is some funny shit!!! Handbags looks like he having the time of his life and Thompson looks like the drunk Elf! Great stuff

  13. I was running 106mph with 162kw atw.... is that good? lol good for low 14 second passes, hahaha damn 2.2 second 60foot times....
  14. yes it is. That is why I didn't go that way as well. I found a great condition low km GCG one for less than that.
  15. Ok guys I can give you some insight on specs, etc. ATP do not make a stage 1 or stage 3 high flow. They do, however make a stage 3. Don't ask me why it's like that, I don't know! Basically, the housings (that you supply) are machined out to fit much larger compressor and exhaust wheels. The core is a new T3 item, oil and water cooled. It is a standard bush bearing core. The exhaust and compressor wheels are found in Sierra Cosworths. When 'highflowed' to these specs, they are commonly known as Sierra-Sierra turbos. They are rated at 450hp. You will be looking at around $1495 to get this done. Speak to Kyp Matheou. 9569 4764 ATP 1198 Dandenong Road Murrumbeena 3163 I'm guessing it's not a bad turbo to have, and I looked into them when I was looking at getting mine high flowed. I bit the bullet and bought a GCG highflow instead. The ball bearing new garret core of those things (basically the same specs, exhaust, comp wheels, etc) was too much of a benefit for my application. They aren't cheap though, $1900....

    Happy Bday Tx5!

Thanks guys. Yesterday was a tough day with work. Drove lots of km's, hassled by too many customers, spilt coke (the drink variety) all down my top, and splashed bleach on my good work pants..grrrrrrr. Besides that I had a good evening. Indian ftw!!! Oh, and I wont be at DECA........
  17. when the charge air falls out of the engine. Dah....
  18. I cant fit spacers, otherwise it starts rubbing the inner guard in the rear. It's pretty tight in there due to it's height. The fronts I'm running 5mm spacers to clear the struts. If I go any bigger, I wont be able to steer the bloody thing!
  19. Happy b'day for yesterday SnowBalls. Hope it was a good one for ya.
