Thanks to all that came along today! It was a great day. We ended up having 15 cars run on the dyno with power ranging from 116kw through to 365kw atw! The most surprising car was Tara's Supra, making 309kw atw with a stock ECU, stock injectors, Big turbo and screamer and a risinging rate fuel pressure reg. Sounded so angry! It was good to see everyone well behaved meaning we are welcome back to EFI Performance. Cheers for a great day guys!

I work hard, but I work from home. It is a blessing and a curse. I travel a lot. I drive 40thousand kms a year for work, but I'm on a flight every week. It can be tiring, but I find it enjoyable. I like to be social, but I like to do my own thing. Can you say extroverted Hermit? I guess for me, money is not the only thing, but it does help you get nice things. I turned down a job offer that would have seen me an extra $2500 a month as long term it wasn't suitable for me and my family. The clincher with earning big, is that there is the expectation to be working big also. I think the happy medium is when you and your loved ones are happy and spend enough quality time together, yet are able to do things that you would like to do. Also, if your job permits, make sure you take advantage of the ability to claim things at tax time. Get an accountant who knows his stuff. It will help you out big time.

So it's after 10pm and I've just got in from another silly day of work. I'm in Cairns. I've been up since 4.30am this morning for the privilege. Time poor? We all are. So I notice that the whoretown has gone off the handle today and thought this is going to be a good read. Well I was wrong. I think that all that has been said in regards to the issues with SAuQLD.com is all that needs to be said. I'm not impressed with the animosity of the whole discussion, regardless of who thinks they're in the right. I am not negating the value of individual opinion on topics that affect the individual or the greater Club, however I do condemn personal sledging, baiting, taunting, etc. I have full confidence in our current exec team and extended committee, their ability to get the job done and their integrity. We all do things in the little time we have for the Greater Good of the Club. To grow and sustain the activity of the club takes a significant amount of time and effort, and I know that each and every exec and committee member takes the utmost pride in the way we go about things. We are not deceitful, we are not secretive, nor do we have personal agendas for the running of the club. These guys (collective) have not only been undertaking their daily jobs, executed their Club role duties as well as sustained family commitments, they have taken up the slack in my recent absence. I feel guilty for the amount of work they have been putting in for the running and developing the Club. I appreciate the hard work they all put in and would hope that the rest of the club do the same. I would like to see some more active member involvement. It is your club, not ours. If you want to see a specific event run, there is nothing preventing you from making it happen. Talk to us, we are not here as dictators, we will try to assist you with getting an event happening. We are here to facilitate the running and growth of the club and as such have to take motion from the majority. Now lets all hold hands and sing Cumbaya. Peace. Scott

As Tony has said, I can be a little particular about paint finish and I have nothing but praise for CDR paint and panel. Both Nicole and Jarrad are very accommodating and don't like doing a half arsed job. I've had repair work done by CDR on my 34 and my Stagea has had a full respray by them, brilliant work.
