  1. I'm not too sure about 'coming out', as I'm not closet anything. But I'll come and say g'day again. Not tonight though, got shite to get done.
  2. that made me laugh. NIce one.
  3. Thanks Colin. Yes I'm in Brissy. Down near the brown stains....
  4. It is nice. I like. Here ya go ya skirts, Pick of teh new rims.
  5. Here is mine. 340mm fronts, 330mm rears. Tein Dtly Master Super Low down comfort spec.
  6. In my opinion, the Stagea is a great car if you are after something comfortable, big enough to fit almost anything you need and has a bit of poke. In stock form, they are a touch on the slow side, but I found my Series 2 to be fairly quick from the lights. I've had a bit of a fiddle with mine, a touch more boost and a high flow airfilter. This brough power up to 155kw atw. It makes it much nicer t odrive and I've found that I don't have my foot in it quite as much to keep up with the traffic. It brakes pretty good if you're not out for a severe fang or track work. The tiptronic is nice, as you can use it to engine brake to a certain degree. A set of coilovers and some rims will see the car handling very nicely. Tein do a style master super low down wagon spec (I shit you not) for the Stagea. I have them in my car and it has a ride that is not to far from the comfort of stock suspension, yet gives it a low stance and handles much better. I've done 25 thousand km's since I imported mine in October and I have not had any problems. The obvious expenses of oil, filters, etc and I did have to change the timing belt and tires. But they are consumables. If you find one that has had the belt changed, has good condition pads/rotors, recent service with close to new tyres, you'll be laughing. Don't forget all the cool little options with these things too. Mine has leather, electric seats with heaters, touch screen climate control, TV, twin sunroofs, xenon headlights, etc. Much better than anything offered by the big 2 locals.
  7. I agree, go for black. Satin black will look awesome.
  8. ahaha! That's gold Rianto! How are the paddle shifts?
  9. Hi Andrew. I'm using Tein adjustables with stock camber/toe/traction arms. The rear is sitting at 325mm and the front is sitting at 340mm from guard to rim centre. Camber is a bit crazy, 3.5degrees in the rear and 2.5 in the front. Need to pull a little camber out me thinks...
  10. Spotted pearl white S2 on Johnson road/Browns Plains Road with fog lights on.
  11. Well this last week has seen the timing belt and fluids done. I got some new tyres fitted to my new rims today and so I fitted them up after getting an alignment with my other rims. The Guys there were certain that they wouldn't fit, so they wouldn't fit them to the car, then they rattle on one of the wheel nuts and cross threaded it....grrr. Here's some pics. 235/40/18 on AME Shallen MX 18 x 8.5 +22 fronts, and 235/40/18 on 18 x 9.5 +22 rears. Tein Super low down Style Master's and standard suspension. Rear guards not rolled as there is no need to.
  12. I too would also like to know the answer to this
  13. Tough. Will look heaps better once you've got it finished.
  14. Rianto has pics up on Facebook of his install into his V35.
  15. I changed the timing belt and caused the check engine light to come on....
  16. The cars looks great. I'm still kicking myself for not buying one a few years ago when I had the oportunity to, now it's all about cars suitable for work....bah
  17. I have an S2 C34 which is currently running a 340 front and rear. Personally I'd like to see it down to the 320mark.
  18. I fitted up my 6.5" Orion 2-ways in the doors last night. Much better than only running the front speakers. The rears were shot!
  19. Thanks Bob, I found that too. Just don't know if CBC Bearings is Aus wide or not.
  20. I had a car do the same thing and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. The only other things I can think of is that the pad is getting low or a stone is caught in there somewhere.
  21. So no one has ever replaced a timing belt or wheel bearing?
  22. I was up in the carpark out the front of Harvey Norman, where it has been all along. Lol. I should have wandered down to the coffee club. Do you have a pearl white sedan? Where dd you park?
