  3. screamin' I'm loving the itb setup on the 20. I jumped ove rto youtube and checked out the rest of your videos. Great stuff. RB20 noise with N/A screaming = gold.
  4. People bolt (literally) R32 front ends onto their 240SX's in the US. It doesn't line up perfectly, but it doesn't look too bad. http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/...040MVC-004F.JPG So if you're keen, have the parts and the time, why not give it a go? R33 fronted S14 anyone???
  5. Awesome work. I'm impressed.

  11. Dave, a mate of mine has a C110 that he wants to sell. It needs restoration, but it is 99% complete. has lots of spares. PM me if you want details. He's SE Melb too.
  12. I know in Melbourne a self serve wrecker has 3 of them in various states. I imported bits from japan from www.importmonster.com.au. There aren't many around to be honnest and when I had it I got most of the good bits from the local wreckers. You'll find that the factory paint comes up brilliantly with a detail. 2pac from factory in 83.......... Aw Yeah!!!
  13. If you want to stay hassle free, I'd stay about the 100mm all around. My stock series 2, except for some Tein low down style master coilovers, sits at 350mm front and rear. The exhuast next to the diff is getting pretty close to the 100mm point.
  14. McSkids at McWerribee Mc Donalds or McCopshop sounds like your best Mcbet.
  15. Hi Jason, the Y30 is a great car. I had one with a late model VG30E twin throttle body. The Autos are a tough box, never had any problems with it, even when I smashed the diff. They are very truck like in their build. Big solid rear axle, big trailing links, big rails, steering box, none of this rack business! This means that majority of parts from other models such as the R31, S13, etc don't bolt up. The diff is shared with the 720 ute as is the steering box and knuckles. The Front struts can be used from a Z31 'Californian' with 5 stud hubs. Any VG or RB will bolt in. Here is my old car. Crossmember was 35mm off the ground . 18' Lensos and a trimmed Volvo 244 GT front lip.
  16. It looks good so far Scotty.
  17. My rims finally arrived from Japland. AME Shallen MX. 18 X 8.5 +25 fronts, 18 x 9.5 +25 rears. Need t oget some better sized tyres. Rears are 265 and stick 10mm past the rim, which means they stick out of the rear guards. looks a little mexican! lol THe way it needs to sit in the rear.
  18. well done guys. great efforts!
  19. Trent how much are you charging per ltr? Is it available only by the drum? Very interested in how things go with this. Are you charging the same price per hour for an E85 tune as for a 'normal' tune?
  20. Haha! I remember that car!!
  21. Life is short and hard, like a body building elf, so save the planet and kill yourself - Bloodhound Gang. shit happens. you do something naughty and the popo takes away teh license. IBFTMFL!!
  22. The factory computer throws in heaps of fuel, especially when you start pushing boost into it. This is done so that there is little to no damage done to the engine. If you keep boost below 11.5-12psi, you wont see that nast dip in power.
  23. Depends on what you want to do?? skids, not a chance! A casual meet & greet, then there is a heap of parking spaces at Village Square, behind Gland Plaza at Browns Plains. I'm happy to do a weekly mini meet down there one night of the week. What's the thoughts guys??
  24. end finish is fantastic. Well done mate.
