Hi All, I'm moving up To Brisbane very shortly (less than 3 months) from Melbourne. Work has offered me a position that I couldn't refuse, so I'll be about for a least 3 years. Currently we're looking for a house to buy within our price range, etc and was after some info about some good areas and areas to keep away from. Also some travel times into the city. I'l lbe working from home mostly, so travel time in peak hour isn't really an issue. My Fiance' will most likely be working in the city however..... Also what motorsport activities happen? Is SAU QLD CAMS affiliated? Is there any curcuit championship or anything? Any info/tips/pointers, etc, would be much apprieciated. Thanks Scott

First up, I would suggest joining SAU Vic. Membership is cheap and has heaps of benifits. I would then look into getting a LS2 cams license. These are fairly cheap and allow you to compete in club level motorsport. Everything you need to know is in HERE.

spotted Gheyside blue GTT up at the multistory parking at Glen Waverley last night, with SAU stickers and the plates R3APER. Neat looking car. you parked near my wagon.

It happened with my brothers VY SS ute. There was a car in Perth that had the chassis number recorded incorrectly from the very start. The car was sold to a new owner and they tried t oregister it. The numbers where 2 digits different, but some how they were recorded the same. He took his car to Vicroads, they inspected it and gave him the all clear. They contacted him the next day to let him know that the other car's vin number was recorded incorrectly.
