  5. +1 for eucalyptis oil. Nice and lite on the paint, doesnt even leave a mark. I had double sided tape from my spoiler left on my boot, cut thru it all no worries.
  6. no he probably put 15psi thru the stocker like i am until i finish building my RB30DET. i made 150RWKW on 11 psi (stock boost) with my brand new 040. Before when the pump was leaning out, i was running 141RWKW same boost same every bit of hardware, just a different day. so your power seems about right with a leaning out pump.
  7. dont like lag- go the RB30 with ur current head you have atm it'll end up cheaper than a 26, torquier than a 26, you can put bigger turbos on it than a 26 with less lag (turbo for turbo)
  8. Weight is R32 1260/80 (earlier 32's/later 32's) vs R33 1400+ so its around the 120 mark or a tad more. Dunno why everyone gets different specs but those are the ones from factory. The civic is a light car, with an alrite motor, however as you say, an R32 with an RB25 in it would have a truckload more torque available at lower rpm than all honda engines (stock for stock). Even a 20 probably has more torque at lower RPM than most honda engines stock for stock. Id rather an R32 RB20DET than a honda but thats just my preferance...Horses for courses
  9. seeing as the ferrari (probably a F430 challenge or challenge stradahli *how ever u spell that) are a sequential box, they have made it so that stick adjust whether you want to reverse or travel in a forward direction (hence why it is held forwards with a rubber band so it doesnt accidently get knocked). The other two buttons are for starting and something else i dont know. Dont take this as hearsay as im only going by when i looked aroudn a 360 a yr or two ago.

  13. i have RE001's on the front of my car with SK's full kit. Havnt really pushed her yet, but from what im feeling, a nice tire, plenty of wear, plenty of grip. Definately putting them on the rear aswell not the cheapest tire tho!

  19. 32 RB25DE head has no VVT-hence why i bought this one as it neglects any blocking off of VCT and is favorable for a RB30DOHC conversion into a 32. 33 RB25DE has VVT-if doing an RB30DOHC conv, requires welding of the heds vct oil feed. The head still requires oil to its vct, and you will need to tap into an oil gallery and run and oil feed to it. Most common fix is T ing into the oil pressure sender feed to aleviate this problem.
  20. if you or someone looks under the bar, it has probably about 10 or so nuts and bolts holding the bottom section of the bar to the top section. If you undo all of these, then remove this bottom lip, it should get around 6 inches clearance but you cant be too sure. All you have to do is measure it and see how you go. Chances are they just want that much clearance to get it on the trailer etc so they cant be blamed for any scrapes or cracks etc on ur front bar. Also make sure u have 6inch clearance for your entire underbody of the car. Best way to do that is to get a cylinder which you know is 6 inches in diameter and roll this under the car at all points. If it clears all of it then your good to go.

Would suit a rear ender wanting to fix for cheap Sway bars are in perfect nic as come off the car. Extra Info: can come with grommits if you want to take the spoiler off.   22. check you voltages for the following: AFM Fuel Pump Coils Generally this sounds like an AFM problem as it is intermitent. But could also be fuel pump intermitently losing voltage or trying to power a high resistance as the electric motor is about to shit itself. Coils generally would get worse as teh engine gets hotter. i.e. it would cause the problem once the engine is warmed up. check the AFM first.
  23. jesus i think 900CCA is a little extreme! and at 27.5kg its a tad heavy. This is in my 32, but a 550CCA battery does the job fine. I would really say you would need anything more powerful than that.
