  2. After u get the vin sorted, it shouldnt be too hard to bring it back to stock to pass a bluey. Chuck on a stock catback exhaust or silence the current one, raise it up if its low, box up the airfilters and hide the electronics. Done and dusted

  5. Hi, as topic states im after the following for RB20DET sliver top R32 GTST Hicas pump tensioner bracket. I need the bracket and the tensioner bolt. Rear RB20DET heater hoses.   6. You should be alright. I ran mine minus 1 stud for a year without leaks. I even pulled the manifold off a few times to change turbo setup and reused the gasket, no problems

  8. Not really a prevention but a remedy to locate your pride and joy would be a gps tracker hardwired with a backup battery. You will be able to see your car being driven around gta style
  9. When i changed my rocker cover seals, the throttle body had to be removed. If you dont use the right gasket or if theres a leak in between when reinstalling, your tps will throw an error and your car will run like crap. Your tcs light will remain on too. Hope this helps. I ordered a new Gasket from taarks (genuine nissan metal gasket) when i did mine and hasnt leaked since. The stock paper gaskets are so brittle and shouldnt really be reused imo
  10. r32-25t RWD gearbox requires modding the 4wd crossmember (adding some height to it), as a rwd gearbox crossmember won't have enough width to span across the chassis. The diff stub will also need to be changed to suit RWD tailshaft. (4 bolt instead of GTR 6 bolt allen key) The above will be my plan B, but It would be a real pain, as i would have to fork out extra cash for a RB25det box, whereas the GTR box is essentially a longer version of an RB25det box with the transfer case and longer shaft. Scotty, Early GTR gearboxes run a spline or floating type front shaft, not flanged like the Stagea's (i forget the terminology, . Therefore, no front shaft= transfer case oil everywhere. I read that some people have gutted out the transfer case but have left a few things in it to keep it going. The hole where the front shaft once went in was then welded shut. Anyone with more insight?
  11. Switch isn't possible at this stage. I dont have a front sump/diff to run front shafts! Ive got a gts4 without the motor. It Came with a gearbox which is gtr. I bought a rwd rb25det to drop in and now need the box to be converted to rwd only. Thanks for the replies thus far, i hope you can understand my predicament

I was going to gut the transfer case and get it welded shut, but apparently it's not as easy as this, so any help appreciated. thanks

  15. I think I found my answer. This is to suit s14/15 gt28 turbos Now I just need to measure up the Rb20 turbo flanges to see if they are the same! mods please close. Thanks
  16. RB20DET turbo with elbow bolted on (3 bolt flange) t28 turbo Im not concerned about the angle, more about the 3-bolt flange, whether it bolts on.
  17. Hi, as title states. It is the 3 bolt flanged elbow that connects to the intercooler pipe. Are they the same? I would like to know if they are the same as i am in need of this part to fit my RB20DET stock T3 turbo and can get a t2 one sent down to me quickly and cheaply. Thanks
  18. Hi, as title states, im looking to purchase the elbow only. Its the pipe that bolts onto the compressor side of the turbo with x3 bolts and connects to the intercooler. Ive seen them go for about $20, but shoot me a pm anyway if u are looking for more or if you've got one
  19. Not sure what the 'best' way is because that's subjective, but whiteline generally have decent upgrade kits Im certain the gtv model as stated by the op is essentially a gtt without the turbo motor and box, so yes it should have one as standard
