So when are you getting the widebody JD 2.6 ? Looked at my 4G63BT with the SOHC head off for the last 8 years under covers yesterday and could not belive how small it is compared to the RB20DET, yet it made more power when it was going with hardly any mods- 170RWKW!

Hey Peter, lookin forward to the finished product as I just replaced my diagnosed as faulty Knock Sensors by someone who will remain nameless! -NOT an easy task as had to remove all intake manifolds etc to do them. STILL same problem of intermittent not firing all cyls and timing /fuel going out to lunch, so hope your LCD Consult Box will help to contribute to solve problem! Please send asap

Go the GTR! You can easily turn off the AWD by pulling a fuse or putting in a switch to turn it on or off. It will be more expensive initially but you will spend more to get the GTSt to anywhere near the same dynamics in the long run. If it does not have a sunroof you should be right height wise or you could fit lower seats if not. Thought you guy's could not have Skyline GTR's there in the land of the free

Damn that bend was known as dangerous - looked like they would take it flat out and the tree should have had some tyres etc on it just to be sure. Both Brocky and Steve seem to be the unluckiest Aussies this year under the circumstances. RIP two GREAT Australian's!

Just used VICFAST to ship a IMB PC Tower Server to QLD and it cost $62 for 25Kg -77cmx55cmx30cm (+ $1500 Ins for $60) Seemed to be good value after looking around and client was happy to pay it.

What Craved says is probably not wrong, but I did do mine when head off for other reasons but unfortunately did other stuff as well so could not measure gains. Cost was about $850 inc new valve stem guides and seats. Will be dynoing again soon so we will see if it could have contributed in some way if I get some decent numbers.

Wondered what my GTS4 was worth and now I know the depressing truth after paying $33,000 eight years ago and another $15k on top its now not worth the price of the mods alone! But I have this strange inclination to buy yours as well as its a great BARGAIN!

I think it would look better but before doing that I would do the much easier and more effective replacememnt of your front plate with a much smaller profile one mooved up out of the mouth area onto the bar. Cant see an FMIC but does not matter, it would look better.
