  1. Hi everyone, I am a lurker here at the Skyline forums. I'm trying to find people who might be interested in : Item: Prince GTB Triple Weber manifold Location: Near Parramatta, Sydney Item Condition: Used, but in good original condition Reason for Selling: No car, and webers are gone too Price and Payment Conditions: $750.00 ONO Extra Info: Also have top linkage bar and rose-joints, but not the 3 x adjustable linkage struts that go from the bar down to the carbs About 1980 I bought it from an old guy who owned and crashed his GTB. He had stored it for about 10 years, and I've stored it about 25 years, so it's almost brand new :-) It was fitted with 3 x 40mm DCOE Webers. I used the Webers on a very hot Holden Red Motor (horrors), then much later I sold the complete Holden motor to a guy to use in a speedway car. That left me with the old Prince manifold... Please send me an email to discuss it further. I have absolutely no idea what it might be worth, but to comply with the Posting Rules (which says I need to state a price) let's start it at $750.00 ONO which might be a silly price, or maybe a bargain I've kept it so long that I'm not really in any hurry to sell it - but please make contact and we'll see what we can do. Contact Details: Please email me at : [email protected] or [email protected] PLEASE NOTE : I only visit here occasionally, so you're far better off emailing me than replying to the thread or PM'ing me here. ALSO NOTE : the pic I have attached is of an identical manifold owned by someone else. It is NOT the one i have for sale but will give you an indication of what it looks like. Cheers, John
  2. Thanks, guys ! Whilst searching the net I had found Noel's name & postal address, but no other details. So thanks, SkylineGeoff for giving his phone & email ! I'll take some pics tommorrow and let's see what Noel says
  3. After doing a bit more reading/ googling, I'm still thinking it might be a Skyline GT-B manifold - but I can't find any picks anywhere. Also conflicting info on what carbs were fitted originally to the GT-B - some say Solex, most say Weber...
  4. Hi all ! I have in my garage an inlet manifold that is apparently off a Skyline GT. I bought it from an old guy about 20 years ago and it was fitted with 3 x 40mm DCOE Webers. I always thought that the Princes had Solex's (solii?) on them, but from my understanding the Solex and Webers had same mounting flange, so perhaps someone swapped them.... ? I used the carbs on a Holden Red Motor, then much later I sold it complete to a speedway guy and got left with the old (Prince?) manifold... I haven't thrown it away because if it truly is a GT manifold then I'm sure it would be helpful to a collector / restorer. My problem is how to identify what it is - can anyone recommend an expert that could assist me work out what it is, or perhaps tech pics, etc ? Of course I can post up pics, but need to know who to ask first... Also - if it is what I think it is, how could I sell it ? I gotta clear all this stuff form the garage or face divorce Thanks in advance, John
