you don't have to put anything for max speed or rpm if you don't want, its just the standard form GW uses for dyno day events incase the owners of the cars don't want them reved over a certain limit. Max KWS will be recorded on the day

thanks, this is exactly what i was trying to find also, whether the 32 vspec which came with the brembo's had larger wheels than the non vspec model which had 16" rims. i was hoping yes so they would fit under my 16's. i did search also and most people had already said no they wouldn't fit but i also came across so much BS i was hoping a new thread would have someone with actual experience with it. also, Kisuu_Buta - i did say i wasn't concerned with the offset, only the diameter thanks Ronin 09.

Hey Will R32GTR calipers with brackets to use a 324mm rotor fit behind a 16" rim ? not concerned with the offset of the rim as i have plenty of clearence. thanks

I'm not worried about the rotors being unsafe, it's the calipers that have been designed to be used on a minimum thickness of 30mm, even though 28mm is only 1mm less per side im still concerned that the pistons won't go past their maximum allowed point and potentially pop out past the seals. It's still going to provide more braking power, and there is a heck of alot more "metal" in the larger sized rotor than one with an extra 2mm thickness so heat absorption and dissipation will be much greater also. I'd love to buy a set of Brembo calipers but they sell for way to much. Can anyone else using this combo please advise ?

Hey I have R32 GTR calipers using the stock 32mm rotor. Im investigating using a set of adapters to space these out to accept the larger R33/34 bremo sized rotor which is only 30mm thick whilst still using the R32GTR calipers. Assuming a few people have done this, is it safe ? im a little hesitant considering the rotor brand new is at the minimum "allowed" thickness and when worn will get down to 2mm overall below minimum recomended thickness. I'm assuming a few people on here have done this, or know wether its 200% safe even when the rotor and pad are nearly fully worn (not that i will let them get that far but i still want to know that its safe even to this level) Thanks

Cool Sorry, to correct my previous post, you still need to be a member of a Cams affiliated club, however you can get a day's cam license but its cheaper in the long run to get a yearly if you think you'll be doing this more often (which you will because its bloody good fun!) You need to be a member of a Cams affiliated club, and have your cams L2s licence (Club PSi, about $135 will get you both for 1 year) I think you can get day passes which cover both ? not sure but a full years license works out to be cheaper if you are going to do it more than once or twice per year. you then need to pay the mallala/modern reg track fee's of $110 per car (where did you guys get $60 from)
