Check the fuel filter and intake. I had a similar problem turned out to be a compination of a not so perfect airflow sensor and a dody fuel presure regulator, apparently a suspect fuel pump might give similar symptoms. Try and borrow a fuel pressure reg and a airflow of a working rb20 and see how u go.

Update, when at the aquarium shop try and get a spring type check valve , i got a rubbuer thing that didnt work for water spray purposes. BUT! wha u can do if the hose from ur washer pump run it higher than the pump outlet before routing it to the sprayers, i hooke mine around the radiator over flow line to keep it high. Now after i connected it all i got a stanly knife with a pointy end and put a reall small cut/pinhole in the pipe at its high point. When u spray u loos a tiny bit of water out the first top hole, u still get great presure to ur nozzles and the best thig is that now u water wont all empty away!. play with the hole size till u get it right, dont go to big too soon cause obviously u loos water there. Now this is just a temp fix till i find a proper check valve

Hey mate ur not doing any hting wrong. You need either one way spray washer nozzles or a one way check valve. See the link a few posts up for a pic of a check valve. They basically stop the watter commin gout when there is now pressure. I dont know how to make it work with out a check valve? does any one elsE?

I have never had an issue, I gues the good be fussy and get ur for chopping holes in ur car, thats why its best to clean up and holes u have made for piping. Ive never had an issue with fmic on cars ive had. Dont know the official law tho sorry.

Mate that sucks! sorry to hear it. I dont know much about that sor tof thing to make a comment on what caused it. In terms of highflow for under 1k , sliding performac eis ur best bet. Check out the traders section there should be a slide add in there.

Hi guys, Those running ATMO BOV's will know the problem of stalling between gear changes. Now the APEXI SAFC 1,2 and neo should all be tuned by a professional on the dyno for best SAFE results. You can however tune the 'dec air' function of ur safc with no problem following this guide outlined below. I have done htis to my r33 and have great results. DEC AIR SETTINGS ""when the car is completely cool start it up. have the safc mointoring throttle %, air flow, and rpms. have the engine at 1000rpms and write down the air flow. then have the engine at 2000rpms and write down the throttle % and air flow. now go to the dec. air settings. the THR setting is the throttle % you documented at 2000rpms. the NE1 setting is the air flow you had at 1000rpms. the NE2 setting is the air flow you had at 2000rpms. this will get you very close to the settings you need. may not be perfect but very close. this will allow you to run an atmospheric bov without stumbling between gears"" One thing i do different- I set my Thr% to 1%. this basically tells the safc that when there is less than 1% of throttle to use the 'dec air' settings i have outlined, have had no issues with this so far. This will not effect the rest of ur drving or ecu maps, only the off throttle so u car wont stall any more. Side note- The SAFC is a useful interceptor piggy back computer. However If tuned incorrectly with out proper tools or knowhow can casue major damage to your engine. I have Used this method for DEC AIR wiht great results.

I had a Carbon fibre vented bonnet and that kep my temps down and also had a inlet over hte air filter. When i went to a standard bonnet i felt the car was not as responsive prob due to no air intake vent. i aslo found on hot days the temp needle ran higher. I have no issues whit dirt or water.

I had a stock rb25det plunum break when my new engine was gettign deliverd. Cast manifilds dont lend them slefs to impacts. Courier companies especially when ordering from china can be pretty rough of packages. The autotechnica ones are the same thing with just a rebadge.

I had a CF bonnet but cause of constant defects now have a stock one painted black, I painted it black because i dont mind th elook of black bonnet on white. Also the stock bonnet i go tot replace my CF one was metalic blue, so i though tit would be better i painted black than try and match the white DIY style.

Id say either timming but probably hooked up ur boost control solinoid wrong. Just a guess.
