How much does turbo light , royal purple and SIN cost? i my self use mobile one and have done for years. im planing on trying motul because i hear its a bit cheaper.

I have been hit extra from cargoline, Upon initial enquiry on total cost they failed to mention this. I am payin $415 in fees for Customs Clearance Customs Entry Fee Sea Cargo Automation Australian Port Service Charge Terminal HAndling Charge Handling/Documentation Fee Cartage Fuelsurcharge 9% This is all ontop of initial shipping fees from the suppliers end. These are fees that are being charged by a fowarder at the docks that i supposedly have no option to deal with. So if i want them i have to pay. I Will not be asking for those in the groub buy to pay this, instead i wil lbe out of poket and there for will not do another groupbuy. The fees will be paid today, once the payment is confirmed the delivery should take 1 day as they are in brisbane already.

did u check it wiht a a/f gauge? dont want it leaning out?

Yeah u neeed to make sure ur not using smaller diamter lines than stock, u dont want ot create a restriction too much or it is not good. You can always drill the can out and use ur own fittings and lines, thats what i have done.

With the BOV yes wuill soudn the same, peoples driving styles,boost,FMIC, and spring tension on bov can effect the soudn the car makes however. Catch can helps eliminate blow by oil being fed back into ur intake alowing a cleaner combustion. Also alows you to monitor if u have excessive blow by issues which is a good indicator of engine health. I think a catch can is a usefull thing IMO. GEt one just make sur eits hooked up right or u will seal all the crankcase presuure in which is very bad.

I know tryre/suspenson will effect this. I dont mean break traction as wheel spin, more so when u plant on it in second it will rocket off and u will feel the tyres slightly breaking traction then griping. Or when i am turning into a street and u give it say 1/2-2/3 throttle the last r33 would break tracktion. This one doesnt. I am guessing it feels like that point in the map is not tuned the best. AHID i will take u up on that offer if i havent had it to the work shop by then

Thanks Guily-Toy. I don tknow the compression ration of the engine sorry, im assuming its standard comp. I have 18/235 wheels previously had 17/245 on 1st r33. i tried 1degree (i know stuff all) of advance timming over whole map, made maybe small difference and knock did not increase at all. I will try more timming tonight and see how that goes.

Im going ot re clear it next weekend When i was cleaning the gun after, i noticed some clear had dried on the tip of the needle so that was causing it not to seal. I can wait to have another go at it again! ive been thinking of painting my stock bonnet ive got lying around just for practice.

Is the fix as simple as a sonic injector clean?

Thanks Uras but im in QLD Running rich?? possibly. It wont be 2 months or so before i take it back to the tuner so id like to try resolve it or at least give him a good diagnosis and symptoms

Hey guys i have a r33 skyline, its my second r33, mods are Power FC rebuilt forged pistons pod filter, JustSR metal intake pipe, FMIC walbro pump boost 10psi bov Now had my power fc tuned car feels great. only thing when i am in secdon then accelerate full throttle it feels flat and the car is not breaking tracktion or any hint of it. Now my last r33 wiht stock ecu would almost break tracktion if i did this. If i fast change full tgrottle to second it will wheel spin. Or is i puck the cluck then dump second it rockets off. Its got me thinking maybe when i just put my foot down it uses a different point of the mpa so can be tuned out? ANy one have any ecperiecnce with what i mean?

Soryr just to clarify it is not leaking in the engine bay. Its leaking in the cylinder, the injector is not closing off prrperly and leaking more petrol than it should on ideal in cylinder one. No chances of a engine bay fire.

By stage 3 we mean the maxrb25 highflow. DAN666 Im leaning towards the vg30 max oversize! Im prob just over analysing??? i really want to have good response and performance wiht a 250rwkw power figure. Injectors & AFM on the cards for sure! Dan what tubz u running?

Hi guys, I liv ein brisbane and i am about to purchase a turbo for my r33. I have been trying to decide what set up to go for for 2 months now. I am thinking a slide highflow either a max rb25 over size or a vg30 max over size. i like it becasue of minimal fuss bolting it up. My Tuner recommends a gt30r and installing a thicker headgasket. Now this is a lot more costly and if i can make a realible 250rwk with a slide highflow with supporting mods then id rather do that. I wanted to ask if any one has a slide highflow in brisbane that i might be able to see in person or meet at a cruise some time? i think seeing one perform in the flesh will help me decide what to buy more comfortably. So far i have rebuild forged pistons PFC walbro pump metal intake pipe FMIC Catch can I will be installing injectors and Greddy fwd facing intake and sllpit dump at time of turbo install.
