R35 GTR already does this. Question is invalid. It is potentially just not as noticeable as the mentioned cars, and doesn't need to be. Half the reason the GTR is so fast is due to the fact it maintains boost between gears. Making it bang/pop/carry on between gears would harm it's performance for the sake of making noise.
