What a fantastic idea, get all those hoon dicks off the roads. but i do agree that more has to be done on creating a better licensing system, i know of people getting their P's with less than 10 hours experience in only the best conditions. and they have all had accidents since. I had over 200 hours experience before i got my Ps i think. 120 hours is a good amount.

You cant use any old premium either, you have to use a 98 octane premium fuel. I get about 450km to a tank. Have you increased the boost on your car?

Cheapest fill in over 2 years i reckon, only 2-4 cents more than 91 octane at a name brand servo. So far the car seems to be even running better than optimax/synergy etc.... and I've done over 250kms on less than half a tank.

Yeah you wont get a fine if you entered on the amber. They also give slight tolerance (delay) once it changes to red as well. They take two photos, one of you crossing the line with the red light, and another showing that you proceeded through the intersection. If the second one shows that you stopped and reversed back, you dont get a fine. So in conclusion, you shouldn't get a red light fine. You might have a speeding fine coming if you were speeding at the time though...

Here's mine, it has a greddy intake kit with old style trust airinx filter. Good luck trying to make a box that suits all pod filters, there are so many and they are all so different. Mine is impossible - i'll make a heat shield for it myself eventually.

People forget that everytime they have a glass of wine they are drinking more than 10% ethanol. If we can survive drinking it, im sure our cars will be ok. And of course Nissan wouldn't recommend it, otherwise they would have to be responsible if anything did happen. And they ain't gonna spend a single dollar doing research into ethanol fuels in their cars when they wont make a cent out of it..

Have you got a Jap or an Aussie head unit? If Jap, get an Aussie one, as the FM expanders that are used with the jap ones usually make the sound quality worse. If Aussie head unit, is it using a proper ariel converter? The jap ariels have 2 plugs, you need to get a converter (from autobarn, jb hifi etc) for the ariel to work as good as possible.

I get 400-500 depending on the driving etc. At the moment it costs me about $70 to fill. So really its about the same as my old aussie NA R31 i used to have.

Unless its the stock box you wont get away with the 1 intake mod rule if you have a FMIC too, so custom is out of the picture. Modding the stock box with a new feed is the best idea, especially if its underneath therefore cannot be really seen.
